Inquiring minds want to know: Who is running the city of East Cleveland?

It's the question everyone living in East Cleveland wants to know. Who is in charge?
"Well currently, we are in the process of working (it) out with the (Ohio) Supreme Court, waiting on their issuing of the verdict," Mansell Baker, East Cleveland Clerk of Council, said when we asked him.
Last week, a panel of judges ordered Mayor Brandon King suspended from office while he faces criminal corruption charges from the state. The city's charter mandates an acting mayor succeed him to deal with the duties of the job, at least for the time being.
Problem is, city leaders can't agree on who is next in line to be acting mayor - City Council President Lateek Shabazz says it's him, while Law Director Willa Hemmons claims it's her.
