My favorite thing in this song, like a lot of the Veruca Salt songs, is Jim Shapiro's drums.. Just so Booming and simple with some great tasty fills. Everyone focuses on Nina and Louise, but Veruca Salt had / has such a powerful rhythm section behind them that I think often gets overlooked. But I love your covers. It's a shame you kind of disappeared. I imagine in art school or a University studying hard. Hope you are making a lot of new originals and here's a couple for cover ideas: No reason, just a couple of my favorites from the era. ( I grew up in the late 80's and early 90's and when I was in the military back then I was stationed near los angeles and so many of these great bands in concert.. took it all for granted back then though). How about Breeders - Fortunately gone, or Belly - Thief?

I really agree. Veruca Salt was a complete band. Driving rhythm section, excellent guitar riffs, eye opening lyrics, amazing vocals.
