In this video, I demonstrate how to make a simple Origami Sonobe Unit.
I am using 3, 15cm x 15cm (6'x 6') piece of papers.
Anytime, anyplace, you can just grab a piece of paper, kick back and relax with a bit of origami paper folding.
When focusing on origami, it's hard to think about other things and for me, it becomes almost like a form of meditation. It really helps me to calm down, focus and relax.
