Sir , i think i am suffering from bpd. I am 27 year old and i feel like a failure in life. There are days that i don't even want to move from my bed. I spend many days overthinking and i hardly hve any energy to do anything. I feel like i will fail again like i failed before. I have low self esteem. I have mood swings. I isolated myself from my friends circle . I constantly compare myself with other. I feel things won't change. I am dependent on my parents. I don't have job. I overeat and eat for pleasure as i have no other source of happiness. I feel extremely tired . I have gained a lot of weight . I don't exercise or when i do i feel like i am wasting my time. My screen hours has increase to 12 hours a day. I am not sure how to overcome this. I have depressed since last 5-6 years already. Things are not changing in my life . I feel like i am stuck in this infinite loop.
I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. It's crucial to acknowledge and validate your feelings-recognizing your struggles is the first step toward healing. Given what you've described, it sounds like you're experiencing significant distress. These symptoms can significantly impact your mood, self-esteem, and overall quality of life, but there are effective treatments available. I will not mince my words - seeking professional help is essential; a psychiatrist can provide a diagnosis and develop a tailored treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication, medicines, or a combination of these. It's important to start with small, manageable goals. Even minor achievements can build momentum and improve your self-esteem. Establishing a daily routine can also provide structure and a sense of purpose. Try to include activities that promote your well-being, such as regular sleep, healthy eating, and some physical activity. Reaching out to friends, family, or colleagues can help combat isolation and provide much-needed emotional support. Limiting screen time gradually and replacing it with engaging, real-world activities can help you feel more connected and productive. Reading the book 'Atomic Habits' can help as it explains the way new habits can be formed without feeling the weight of it, gradual and natural. Be kind to yourself during this process. Understand that it's okay to struggle and that change is a gradual process. Fix small goals and celebrate small victories. Don't be hard on yourself and practice self-compassion. Incorporating small, healthy changes into your daily life, like a short walk, a few minutes of meditation, or listening a playlist, or reading a book, or writing a prose, or gardening, or traveling, or anything else that you can enjoy, can contribute to a larger positive impact over time. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve support and a chance to feel better, and taking these steps, no matter how small, is a move toward reclaiming your well-being. You have my best wishes!!! Thanks for reaching out and never hesitate asking me any medical query you might have. I understand I had been very late in replying this time - I was unwell myself - but in the future, I shall be more prompt, take care!
Sir i am suffering from bpd like something not sure but yes because i have lots stress stress in my studies bcoz not qualified any exam again giving same exam but lot anixoius and and also i have a lot of anger issues i can't controly anger after say something my parents are known person i felt very regret about but doing same mistake mood swings lot eating lot of junk food and also overeating and some friends also say that me i am so quite nature but when i get anger like something any topic it so extreme level anger and become full opposite nature i don't how to deal my anger nd small thing anger issue bhut ho jata hai sometimes i show full opposite nature i show like
Just bcz of ur anger issues and habit of binge eating, you can't define yourself as a bpd patient. Bpd is something like a rollar coster ride of emotions in someone's mind, and its output is also horrible. It affects their close ones very deeply. They treat people like black and white picture. Like, either You're an angel ( fereshta) or You're lucifer.( devil).
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage such intense emotions, especially with the pressure of exams and personal struggles. The symptoms you're describing, like extreme mood swings, anger outbursts, regret after hurting loved ones, and difficulty controlling emotions, can be linked to stress, but they could also be signs of deeper emotional or psychological challenges like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or stress-related anxiety. It’s important to start addressing the immediate triggers. Deep breathing, meditation, positive reaffirmation, or grounding exercises can help when you feel anger building up, as even a few minutes of controlled breathing can calm your mind and allow you to think clearly before reacting. Journaling is another helpful tool to track your mood swings and identify patterns or triggers, giving you better control over these situations. Since you often feel regret after anger outbursts, it shows you care deeply about your relationships, which can motivate you to practice mindfulness and develop better responses over time. Additionally, cutting down on junk food gradually can help, as it sometimes worsens mood swings due to its impact on blood sugar levels and energy crashes. Focus on balanced, nutritious meals to stabilize your mood. It might also be beneficial to talk to a Psychiatrist who can accurately diagnose your condition and guide you in managing these feelings. If needed, therapy, especially cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), can help you develop strategies to deal with anger, mood swings, and anxiety more effectively. You are not alone, and recognizing these struggles is the first big step toward improvement. I am so proud of you that you are so proactive in your health approach and you opened up about your issues so courageously. Take things one day at a time and don’t hesitate to seek help when you need it. Your mental well-being matters just as much as any exam or external pressure. Stay strong and believe in your ability to work through these challenges. You have my best wishes and please never hesitate to ask me any query that you might have. Also, I am deeply sorry for such a delayed reply. Wishing you a Happy New Year going ahead 🙏🙏😊

@@whoiskamalsingh Sir I feel very restless, agitated, irritated and angry even after 5 years of allopathic treatment from various different psychiatrists. Der se reply karne ke liye truly sorry. Main samajh sakta hoon ki aap kitni takleef aur confusion me hain. Pehle to kahna chahunga ki aap courageous hain, aur samajhdar hain, jo apni feelings aur struggles ko share kar rahi hain, aur yeh ek positive step hai. BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) ka diagnosis kabhi-kabhi mushkil ho sakta hai, kyunki iske symptoms dusri conditions, jaise severe depression ya anxiety, ke sath overlap karte hain. Isliye, agar aapko lagta hai ki diagnosis clear nahi hai, to ek second opinion lena hi chahiye. Jo aap bata rahi hain, jaise intensive mood swings, hopelessness, and thoughts of isolation, yeh sab underlying complex emotional pain show karte hain hain. Therapy aur treatment time to lete hain, lekin unhe consistently follow karna zaruri hai. Aapke liye Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) jaise therapies bohot helpful ho sakti hain, kyunki yeh specifically BPD patients ke emotional regulation aur negative thought patterns ko improve karne ke liye design ki gayi hai. Aap apne psychiatrist ke sath apne doubts aur struggles clearly discuss karein. Agar aapko apne current treatment plan par shak hai, to kisi experienced psychiatrist se second opinion lein. Yeh journey mushkil hai, lekin aapka hausla aur positive soch aapko help karegi. Apne family aur kisi trusted friend ko apna support system banane ki koshish karein, aur jab kabhi lage ki thoughts overwhelming ho rahe hain, to apne therapist ko zarur contact karein. Don't hesitate to share your experiences, including any struggles with relationships, managing your emotions, or any other symptoms you may be facing. Your doctor will listen attentively and work with you to find the right treatment plan, which could include therapy, medication, or other supportive measures. Thank you very much for watching my videos and I wish you the best of health :)
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm glad to hear that you've started treatment for borderline personality disorder (BPD). Taking that first step towards managing your condition is commendable. I understand that managing BPD symptoms while staying at home can be challenging, but there are strategies to help you maintain control and improve your well-being. Educating yourself about BPD can empower you to recognize triggers and implement healthy coping mechanisms. Talk therapy, specifically designed to help individuals with BPD manage their emotions and behaviors, can provide guidance and support tailored to your needs. In therapy sessions, you'll learn about how your mind works and how to foster hope and joy, shifting negative behaviors to positive ones. Prioritizing self-care activities such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and engaging in hobbies you enjoy can promote relaxation and emotional regulation. Creating a structured daily routine with regular meals, exercise, adequate sleep, and scheduled activities can stabilize mood and reduce impulsivity. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet and staying away from any sort of addiction are essential for both physical and mental well-being. Staying connected with supportive friends and family members who understand and respect your struggles can provide comfort and validation. Establishing clear boundaries to protect your emotional well-being and prioritizing your own needs are important steps. Remember, recovery is possible with time, effort, and professional support. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and stay optimistic about your journey towards better mental health. While managing BPD may be challenging, with dedication and support, it is possible to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Keep taking proactive steps towards your well-being, and don't hesitate to reach out for help when needed. Take care, and I wish you strength and resilience on your healing journey.
Mujhe lgta hai mere partner ko bpd hai.... Ek dum se mood change hota rehta hai.... Kya mujhe use chodd dena chahiye yaan uska sath dena chahiye.... Humari b feelings hai...jab man kiya hurt kr liya jab man kra behad pyaar importance dene lgte hain....
Main samajh sakta hoon ke aap ke liye yeh situation bohot mushkil ho sakti hai. Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) ke saath rehne walon ka mood ekdum se change ho sakta hai, aur unki behavior unpredictable lag sakti hai. Lekin yeh zaroori hai ke aap is baat ko samjhein ke agar aapke partner ko sach mein BPD hai, toh unka yeh behavior unki mental health ka hissa hai, aur unhein bhi iske liye madad ki zarurat hai. Sabse pehli baat yeh hai ke koi bhi faisla lene se pehle aap apne partner ke saath apni pareshani (jo unke behavior ki wajah se hai) communicate karen aur professional help lene ke liye unhe taiyar karein. BPD ke liye therapy, jaise ke Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) bohot effective hoti hai, aur iske through log apni emotions ko behtar tareeqay se manage kar sakte hain. Therapy mein jaane ka faisla bohot helpful ho sakta hai is relationship ke liye. Ho sakta hai cheezein thik ho jayein ya manage karne layak ho jayein isliye agar try nahi diya hai professional help ka to ek baar dene ke baare mein seriously vichar karna chahiye. Aapke apne emotions aur mental health bhi bohot zaruri hain. Agar aapko lagta hai ke aap emotionally drained ho rahe hain, toh apni mental health ka khayal rakhna bhi zaroori hai. Koi faisla jaldbazi mein na lein, lekin apni feelings ko bhi nazarandaz na karen. Sahi treatment ke saath aapka partner behtar ho sakta hai, aur agar aap sath dena chahte hain, toh professional guidance lena ek achha step hoga. Yeh ek delicate situation hai, toh aap apne liye bhi support dhoondein, chahe wo friends ho, family ho, ya professional counselor, taake aap apne decisions confidently aur emotionally strong hokar lein. Meri best wishes aapke sath hain 🙏🙏

In therapy sessions, you'll learn about how your mind works and how to foster hope and joy, shifting negative behaviors to positive ones. Prioritizing self-care activities such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and engaging in hobbies you enjoy can promote relaxation and emotional regulation. Creating a structured daily routine with regular meals, exercise, adequate sleep, and scheduled activities can stabilize mood and reduce impulsivity. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet and staying away from any sort of addiction are essential for both physical and mental well-being.
Staying connected with supportive friends and family members who understand and respect your struggles can provide comfort and validation. Establishing clear boundaries to protect your emotional well-being and prioritizing your own needs are important steps. Remember, recovery is possible with time, effort, and professional support. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and stay optimistic about your journey towards better mental health. While managing BPD may be challenging, with dedication and support, it is possible to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Keep taking proactive steps towards your well-being, and don't hesitate to reach out for help when needed. Take care, and I wish you strength and resilience on your healing journey.
Mujhe lgta hai mere partner ko bpd hai.... Ek dum se mood change hota rehta hai....
Kya mujhe use chodd dena chahiye yaan uska sath dena chahiye....
Humari b feelings hai...jab man kiya hurt kr liya jab man kra behad pyaar importance dene lgte hain....
Main samajh sakta hoon ke aap ke liye yeh situation bohot mushkil ho sakti hai. Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) ke saath rehne walon ka mood ekdum se change ho sakta hai, aur unki behavior unpredictable lag sakti hai. Lekin yeh zaroori hai ke aap is baat ko samjhein ke agar aapke partner ko sach mein BPD hai, toh unka yeh behavior unki mental health ka hissa hai, aur unhein bhi iske liye madad ki zarurat hai.
Sabse pehli baat yeh hai ke koi bhi faisla lene se pehle aap apne partner ke saath apni pareshani (jo unke behavior ki wajah se hai) communicate karen aur professional help lene ke liye unhe taiyar karein. BPD ke liye therapy, jaise ke Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) bohot effective hoti hai, aur iske through log apni emotions ko behtar tareeqay se manage kar sakte hain. Therapy mein jaane ka faisla bohot helpful ho sakta hai is relationship ke liye. Ho sakta hai cheezein thik ho jayein ya manage karne layak ho jayein isliye agar try nahi diya hai professional help ka to ek baar dene ke baare mein seriously vichar karna chahiye.
Aapke apne emotions aur mental health bhi bohot zaruri hain. Agar aapko lagta hai ke aap emotionally drained ho rahe hain, toh apni mental health ka khayal rakhna bhi zaroori hai. Koi faisla jaldbazi mein na lein, lekin apni feelings ko bhi nazarandaz na karen. Sahi treatment ke saath aapka partner behtar ho sakta hai, aur agar aap sath dena chahte hain, toh professional guidance lena ek achha step hoga.
Yeh ek delicate situation hai, toh aap apne liye bhi support dhoondein, chahe wo friends ho, family ho, ya professional counselor, taake aap apne decisions confidently aur emotionally strong hokar lein. Meri best wishes aapke sath hain 🙏🙏
Mujhe bhi present mein ye bimari hai 😢😢
Sir plzzzz help 😢
Hi, if you suspect that you or a loved one is experiencing symptoms suggestive of borderline personality disorder, it's advisable to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist for a thorough assessment and additional evaluation. It is important to take the first step. I wish you good luck!
