Nice shed! That sucks that you could only go 10’x12’ without pulling permits. Here in Michigan we are allowed up to 10’x20’ without pulling permits. So that’s what I have. My shed was made by the Amish in Pennsylvania and trucked here to Michigan. I have had it for about 2 years and love it! I paid mine off within 6 months. You got a steal on the price of that shed for $3,000! I think mine was around $15,000. I had some shelves built into the shed along the back wall as well as 2 windows on the front and 2 doors similar to your door that open on the front. I just use mine for storage and not an office. I don’t have power to it and it is not insulated at all. Anyway, very cool! Glad you finally got it and I hope those fires get put out and hope the people who live around you aren’t affected by the fires either.
Thanks for watching. They were able to stop the fire spread. I would love to have a 10x20, but maybe we will buy a second shed in a year or so if we continue to grow. I bet Amish built is way better quality than what I have lol
I live in an apt w/ a garage & was trying to figure out organization. We still need at least 1 shelf for personal things but the rest is for reselling. I use a vinyl roll down shade because I can wipe it off & it lasts longer. Great vid, love the shed & setup. I want to keep biz separate from home so I feel like I'm not working but I don't think that's really possible to lol.
Mike, don't recall if you mentioned it in an earlier video put you can write off the entire cost of the shed as a business deduction when you do taxes next year.
BINGO- Reselling takes over our lives!!! and our houses! Need to get me one of those!!

Finally gave up living in a camper a purchased a piece of property. You should give an update on the property you purchased for your shed.
Looks great Mike. Congrats! I got one this year too. An air conditioner is a must. My new window unit only runs on 9 Amps and it cools nicely.
Good to know. A little window AC will probably keep the shed cooler than my RV... I guess that would be more motivation to list and take pictures lol

Hey Mike that’s a great view from your shed
It really is. We enjoy the view... it is one of the things that makes living off the grid worth it. Thanks for watching
