Thick 44 did a personal video to cheer up my sister that was in the hospital after her stroke and he told her about his cancer before it was announced, it was super awesome and raised her spirits so high awesome guy he will be missed.
I met him once before the pandy, when they came to the west coast… he was the only one outside greeting the fans and letting them know where they were inside the bar. I noticed no one taking to him. And I took the opportunity to meet him. And he complimented me on my Kylo Ren shirt. I told him he was the Darth Metal master of Neebs crew. He laughed and I asked him how do they do it? How’d they make the neebs gaming magic? He put his hand on my shoulder and thought for a second then he said to me, “just- don’t be afraid. Go for it. Everything works itself out in the end.” God rest his soul. He is missed dearly. 🕊️

I played ARK before I found them, I found them with neebsylvania, and lost them for about a year( when youtube was doing that weird sharow algorithm crap) then randomly Ark survival evolved dropped and they were back on my feed.
For him to be someone I never met face to face I think about thick so often, if not everyday. The crew has genuinely been an escape for me so much through the rough times. Just a bunch of awesome, down to earth dudes that I've never met, but I'm so thankful for each and every one of these sh*theads. To the neebs crew, I say thank you. Rest in Piece Thick44.

My son was also battling brain cancer at the same time as Tony so Thick 44 was a favorite watch for us. All you guys are a hoot to watch and you still are. We watch you every Saturday. So glad you decided to take another go at ARK you guys are the best.

My aunt just passed away from colon cancer yesterday. Everything feels heavy and my thinking process malfunctioned, I was not conscious that the entire time I was crying. This was actually my second time that I experience this. Thick or Recon was one of the people that created my childhood, even if we’re both strangers. I knew that he was a good person who loves to entertain and bring joy to everyone. When I learned he passed away that is the first time I felt that weight.
Man i've missed Thick on here. Been watching old content just to hear him again. This channel got me thru some very tough times and he was a part of that. Gone but not forgotten. And thanks to you guys for keeping him alive on the channel.
It was through Ark that my brother and I found this channel. When Thick passed, I built a shrine to him in-game. Nowadays, I have a server in ASA, and I use "My name's Thick 44" and "You're Nobody" as the server and admin passwords. He's still sorely missed.

I lost my beautiful mother a month ago to cancer. Still reeling from the loss, but just needed to tell the boys and all of this community how much happiness I’ve received from watching these videos and laughing at the comments. The ending left me crying my eyes out thinking about Tony, my mother, my dog, and one of my best friends. All taken by fucking cancer recently. I miss them all so much and I truly pray we find a cure one day. RIP Human Man Warrior…we love and miss you terribly. 💔
