Dyson swarm being unbuildable in Binary and Trinary systems kind of neuters your choices for starting systems when you make new ones. Your home system is one of the few guaranteed to be decent.
Between the pulsating star and the naturally-occurring 5 base energy stars, this usually isn't too hard if you really expand fast. Except if you want a Physics or minor artifact dyson swarm...
I wonder if the 'useless' Domination tradition tree doesn't become pretty nice for a Dystopian Society Empire. It's +1 unity on enforcers becomes pretty nice and the +resources for - happiness edict becomes exceptionally good since happiness is already 0 for all workers and slaves.
Honestly at this point, empire size is so harsh that I take domination a lot just for the empire size reduction. Especially if im playing a slave empire, you can get a lot of bonuses to slave production that way.
i thought its one of the better not so often picked tradition's, the bonuses for the worker pops, edicts, and agenda's are top tier, and also the councilor exp gain and +50 edict cap is extremely good and even more so if you rush trade or do any build with good council
I also have a build with Oppresive Autocracy I like. It's under one rule, fanatic authoritarian with materialist for the Titan of the Industry and Hight King. You chose to stay dictatorial and become cybernetic. Your ruler eill become immortal after a while; Dictatorial Cybervision makes Enforcers give +2.5% cyborg output, and it's stackable. Needless to say, it can be very strong and fun late game. Not as strong as virtual ofc, but strong nonetheless 💪
I pulled a similar thing like this with oppressive autocracy and the new gov type. I had enforcers that produced a base of 7.2 unity by stacking the autocracy councilor, cyber gov type, police state, and domination. On my forge ecumonopolis I had 43 enforcers giving me 107.5% resources from jobs and 1200 unity.
I would recommend going Oppressive Autocracy with Under one Rule and Dictatorial government - Take Police State as Second Civic, than get Domination Tradition Tree, after ascending to Cyborg, chose the individualistic Government - Dictatorial Cybervision - congrats your enforcers make more unity than priests and buff your cyborg resource output by 2.5% per enforcer. It's pretty strong imo.
That problem with Stability I have had a bunch lately with a few different kind of civics. If you have Serviles or Slaves it gets weird settling new, different biome systems too.
To really get it cranking, you MUST get your leader life span as low as possible. Cyborg trait adds +40 years, so... you need -120 years. Starting traits: Unruly, Fleeting for negatives. You pick NO positive normal traits, only overtuned traits. Unity rush to unlock cybernetic and the imperial chipset government type. Finally, mod your species too: Unruly, Fleeting, High Bandwidth, Fleeting Excellence, Pre-Planned Growth, Elevated Synapses, Excessive Endurance. Voila: -120 leader lifespan. Let relic buffs accumulate, once capped, mod pops to 3xautomod traits. Plantoid is a good race since they have some more options.
I like that you explain it in depth but I won't lie the beginning is a slog fest where you could simply show your set up by editing it and shortening the length. For example having all of your bonuses and etcetera all on one screen if they don't fit use more frames. Talk about the highlights of your build in those scenes and the intent. It would make it slim compact everyone can see it and understand the main purpose while others who want more in-depth detail can pause and see the min max part of the build.
Hehe, getting closer to that Galatron stream. Congratulations well deserved! um... that came out wrong... the subscribers are well deserved - not the grueling RNG hell that awaits you 😀
A fun idea I could do to show how gd the new kilo structures are is take ocean paradise or any other origin that starts u on a size 30 world and go full in on a one planet ECU rush since it's pretty easy to fund a super ECU with the new structures
Hmm you take unruly and fleeting (cuz thata free points and you cant add negative traits later) and fleeting excelence as your starting traits. Then you modify 3 extra - 30y traits. Life expectancy then is 0 years. Which basicly means they die pretty quickly.
Does Fleeting excellence reduce leader lifespan by 30 and not 20? I thought the automod trait -10 wouldn't apply to the leader since the species itself doesn't have that trait.
Honestly they should remove the individual resource traits and replace auto modding bonus with +15% resources from jobs and +25% trade value, now the other traits are just irrelevant.
I've wanted to see gameplay with Aristocratic elite for so long
Did i miss it or did he never damn the consequences to make the leaders die quicker ? I thought that was half of the point
I actually think I did forget to do that lol… would have sped it up much more!
This only affects positive effects from the traits, not negative effects. So leader lifespan isn't reduced via damn the consequences.

You are right, its been a while... i just remember you dont press that button. Maybe it was because of the crazy unity upkeep.
@@Nick-y1i4d I would never press that button because of the crazy food and CG upkeep.

I was able to hit my limit for Dyson Swarms in my latest playthrough and I wasn't even a big empire.
What do you mean?

If u take dictatorial instead of imperial their cybernetic path has a government that is 2.5% pop output per enforcer and 3 unity per enforcer

In milions of years, someone finds this damaged relic, which gives +10% research speed.

Can’t wait for the Galletron stream, I’ll be copy- I mean playing along with you!
What if he gets it on the first time trying in that stream?

It was all worth it though
Finally
Aristocratic Elite is now viable

Seems reminiscent of the Flame brain chip from the tv show The 100

Hey there, I am here for the algorythm delivery
I feel like this is vindication for the overturned traits vid.
Can the RulerChip be stolen like other relics? Does it even function with a different government type?
I don't understand why clerks get more amenities instead of trade value from auto modding.
I've learned that Under One Rule completely negates most of the Imperial Chipset bonuses
Immortal Cybernetic Luminary be like
And then the Xenophile fallen empire assassinates them for Cosmogenesis reasons
For memery would a Penal Colony work well with this?
Cool! I learned some.
If you dont want to see the entire video skip to 18:20
I thought Overtuned blocked non-bio ascension?
nope, its the only one to not block an ascension path as its not technically an ascension origin
only 2 thouzand more subs and Ep3o happines will be trurely gone remeber we almost there
If you were trying to rush unity, why not go spiritualist?
That relic is simply not worth the effort.

Would rather +10% resources and +20% trade for more balance since its still a 3 points one but whatever
it's not hard to reduce lifespan. although i don't think the benefits are big enough to make this a good build. Very mid.
