At first it looks so great but then you see size of rooms. In smaller rooms you have hardly space for extra studying table and chair. It feels so cramped. This property is listed around 14 crore on June 2024.

If you think properties are so good to buy in Dubai. I know of a person who can sell you $2 million dollar properties for $1 million dollar. 50% discount super luxury new properties. You can flip and sell it again . Do you want to buy from the builder?

No doubt a specious flat in Mumbai for anyone who desires it, but I didn't like the interior at all. It was sharp and perfect, with no glamour or happiness. It looked good but was very dull at the same time.
