    Something for people to think about. Not only this move but others in the different kata. Look for ways to use either hand to disrupt as you lead into the elbow technique. As Paul showed you, often you either have to create an entry or keep the path open to close in. Be aware, some styles have shortened the move of the hikite hand so much, the use of it in something other than pulling has been lost.

    Takes a lot of bloody ego to apply a title to your name when referring to yourself. You do that in Japan or Okinawa and you will be really frowned on, at least.

      ... bruh... kyoshi is his title. it's for like 6dan minimum and up.. Sensei Paul Enfield is an 8th dan i believe.. i highly doubt the japanese or okinawans would frown on this if his freakin title is what he actually says it is!!! smdh
