- North Korea’s latest propaganda song “Friendly Father” has proven to be an unexpected hit… on TikTok.
The pop-y propaganda has drawn praise from Gen Z users of the social media app, but experts say it hides something more sinister.
With lyrics including “Let’s sing Kim Jong Un, the great leader/ Let’s brag about Kim Jong Un, our friendly father”, the song is full of praise for North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un - who has vowed to “thoroughly annihilate the US” and has launched dozens of ballistic missiles.

According to western media everyone in North Korea died of starvation twice over in the last three decades.
They did have several mass starvations in the last decades. But of course not everyone died. I think the worst one was in the 90s.

Odd comment. I've never seen anything to suggest the West is "obsessed" with the internal affairs of North Korea. It's almost impossible to get any information about their internal affairs in order for anybody to be "obsessed" with it.
