    Have you tied it using UV resin instead of krazy glue?

      K 2 certainly have, use it for quite a few different things including some cronies. This Particular pattern is designed so how depth and a sunken in rib like the naturals. Using the resin on this pattern would take away from that a bit thus the krazy glue. Also it’s very difficult to beat the durability of the stuff, I’ve resin is great for certain applications just not this one. Thanks for watching!

    Is the wide part of the bead supposed to go toward the eye? I’ve tied all my chironomids with the small hole of the bead to the hook eye.

      Axeman604 it’s a personal preference. When doing a thread collar on the pattern having it this way allows for a smoother shallower collar, if I’m using peacock herl or dubbing then I usually put them the other way. Again just my preferences but try it out as it works well! Tightlines and thanks for watching!
