I've had this conversation many times, the original from Ron Kenoly is "arise from" as arising "to" rest hardly makes sense if you think about it.
You are correct. It's from the Scripture 2 Chron 6:41 So now arise, O Lord God, and come into Your resting place, You and the ark of Your strength and power. Let Your priests, O Lord God, be clothed with salvation, and let Your saints (Your zealous ones) rejoice in good and in Your goodness. We are His resting place...Praise the Lord! Beautiful worship.
