Mind control is not a thing unless one chooses to give their power over. Bentinho tells people to follow their resonance, not his resonance. So if they decide to be minipulated and controlled in a negative that was due to them generating an unhealthy co-dependent dynamic. Cannot blame the codependeny anymore than one can blame the narcissist, they are both participating, and everyone is doing the best they can to understand themselves. There is no such thing is deliberate minipulation. All is a call for love.

I have been laying down listening to layered textures of sound frequencies as the kundalini continues to flush old energy/karma out of the system. I notice that if I isolate and focus attention on particular frequencies in these soundscapes, the energy body and chakras respond--lower frequencies activate lower chakras, higher frequencies activate higher chakras. With focused attention on a frequency it seems to accelerate the flushing out process and clearing of the chakra centers. The question: is this a dead end? Is it better to drop all effort and let the kundalini process unfold without any intentional directing of attention? I hope the question is clear. Take care
