Awesome video:) I’m just wondering more about the sterilization part if yo I don’t have an auto claver it’s fine to spray down the equipment with like OPTIM 1 or Opticide Max ? Thanks
Ahhh good question! So the sterilizing process for this specific machine would be fairly simple and straightforward. We can use as opticide wipes, cavicide wipes, or something to this extent. I wouldn’t use spray directly just to avoid any potential damage that can happen to the motor or electrical components, that’s why I go with wipes over sprays. Plus I don’t want any excess droplets of the chemicals to spray on me, but that’s just how I look at it. The grip can be autoclaved or put into an ultrasonic cleaner as well, or submerged in a cavicide type of solution that will do what we need it to do.
@@kogasoldier9379 Ahhh for me that is definitely not something I would feel comfortable doing. Here is why. Where I am, clorox wipes are made and designed for house hold applications such as door knobs, switches, surfaces, etc. So in a tattoo setting clorox wipes would be used for counter tops in the tattoo shop, the restroom, the door handles, and anything that other people would use regularly. The tattooing equipment and stations is a completely different beast. To my understanding clorox wipes are not designed for tattooing applications, which is to correctly and effectively eliminate/kill any potentially harmful viruses, bacteria, etc, that may exist on the machine. Which is something clorox wipes would not do. It is very important to be a Bactericidal, Fungicidal, Virucidal solution of some sort. Again to my understanding clorox wipes are not designed for this application. We would need to use something more heavier like Cavacide Wipes, Opticide Max Wipes, Metacide Wipes, etc. Any part of the machine we can autoclave, submerge, or put into an ultrasonic cleaner we should do so as well. Overall that is my logic and thought process behind sterilizing my machines.
Hi! I was on Cnc tattoo looking at the Rhein round needle cartridges and I was confused on which one to choose. What’s the difference between the ENO2 RL: Bugpin 1003+ round liners vs. the ENO2 RL: Standard 1201+ round liners. Which ones do you use in the video?
Ahhh thats a great question! So to my understanding bugpin is actually #08-0.20-0.25mm any configurations, if I am correct. #10-0.30mm is actually also referred too as "Double Zero" and #12-0.35mm is essentially standard. The essential difference between them all is the space in between the needles, so to speak. With Double Zero and Bugpin groupings the needles are tighter and closer together, which is something that I prefer. The tighter needle groupings create for a smoother tattoo, in terms of shading, transitions, etc. Double Zero and Bugpin groupings also give the tattoo a more full look. By full I mean at least for me when a tattoo is done with Double Zero Or Bugin the tattoo reads better. Maybe because we can get the ink into more precise places with little trauma to the skin, I am not certain. For me I prefer to use the Double Zero configurations because the ink flows smoothly throughout my entire session, the groupings are tight enough to provide me with that smooth look that I personally desire. For these reasons alone I always will use Double Zero over standard or bugpin. That is not to say that Bugpin and Standard are not good because they truly are, this is 110% personal preference and what we want and need to achieve the desired results.
