Why am not shocked when I see several cars pass on a highway crossing the striped line and then later witness a head-on collision involving several automobiles? There are dumbass drivers all over the world but jeeeezzzzzz, Russia get a grip. I read, in Forbes, I believe where the USA and Russia have close to the same amount of annual traffic deaths a year, but USA has four to five more automobiles on the road than Russia. I feel badly for them. Slow down and develop some patience and control.
