I swam across the lake north of the pyramid where you fight the sabre tooth. The larger lake on the right. There looks like two crossing points close by on the map but I couldn't get across them.
Is there a way (maybe through getting better masks) to go past the 50 cap in skill proficiencies on your starting character? After realizing that I need to use tribesmen with some caps above 100 (even found a guy with 123 cap in Great Sword), I just level those guys up and completely ignore my starting character. The problem is that the tribesman will die permanently so it's risky using them as a primary character.
Umm, I found easier Iron. That location is great and fairly easy. HOWEVER - to get there you will encounter high level wolves and lions every few feet. This isnt a good idea for lower levels.
@@wak4863 youre the expert! I will try and find the river but at lower levels you might not see that part of the map. So i dont see any river. Like even though I found the location its still in the fog for me. Anyway, there is a cave in the hills with just centipedes. You will already have all the poison gear from fighting the frog that might be easier for lower levels.
This is my new Conan!
Great video! I've had spiders come out of the iron.
fun thing is with 35 u can make the tools but u actually cant since u need wire for the bench part 1 and that unlocks with 36, makes no goddamn sense
They've done away with the wire requirement.
@@MSWindman yea but toolate xD already on steel now xD
I've had creatures jump out of Phosphate as well, thanks for the vid
you need to show where the metal parts & the metal plates the 2 hardest things to find
You didn't mention anything about radiation, etc. Does that mean this area is radiation free?
To everyone here.. are the spiders & scorpions only in the mined rocks/ore or are they also in the nodes outside of the mines?
They are random and I have had them come out of ore not in mines.
Where can i cross the canyon to come to the ironmine?

In my game metal chunks are not refining into iron in blast furnace
That's weird, maybe you unchecked the option.
@@MrAsmoka it was my friends tribesman. I think it ended up being that tribesman didn't want to refine it or something. A different one did it.
@@michaelwolejszo6445 Maybe he was stuck somewhere.

He has a video on how get the ability to revive tribesman. The items are in the same dungeon he talks about in this video.
Cheers. I’ll check out that video
There are some talents in the mask upgrade menu top row that can increase max proficiencies by 10 so you can get the 2nd perk
thank you
Scorpions jumped out while I was mining iron, jump scare
What's the point of early iron if you must grind experience till blast furnace and iron gear for a week or even more 😂
When you get to iron and you’re looking for it I hope you’ll remember this info. If not that’s ok too sometimes learning the hard way is just as fun.
Thanks for the info. I got murdered going into iron mine in bronze gear. Many guarded by tough enemies. The jump in difficulty is significant.
@@Taloni-f1c no it's not. Wrong mine. Easiest spot is ancient ruins east from the ape pyramid. Beware of poisonous fog.
yes its dumb
All the AI pictures and songs are starting to creep me out lol sorry
Agreed
Why does the thumbnail have a pretty face instead of a hideous mask?
You can hide the mask

If you’re encountering all that you’re going through the wasteland instead of coming up through the river.

@@wak4863 ok i found the other way. that was much more chill.
@larryhinkle9390 glad you did. Loads more iron there than other places. That are “easy”
