      @@thecrymble2646 I suppose Sir Loollonator thinks Samuel got some miles from or was paid by Lufthanse or something. :D However, it would be pretty interesting to know how many flight segments he had to complete and how many miles he needed to spend on this flight. For example, I spent exactly 19640 miles once just to know how it works and how much this would cost in €: I saved around 65€. Now, factor that for tickets that cost 10000€ (USD). When does he have the time to fly that much? That is a legitimate question. Adding to that, to book Swiss First Class he must be HON member or Senator.

      I don’t think MIT has master’s programs in most departments for students who didn’t do their undergrads at MIT. There are a few exceptions though (Sloan, …)

    Hey Sam whats up! maybe my comment is off topic from the video, but I admire you and I identify a lot with your past story you once mentioned, and your videos motivates me a lot, but I have a situation and I would like to hear your opinion, look, I have just finished my first year at highschool, I have ADHD and a serius procrastination issue, so even tought I had the dream of going to a top US college since a few months after starting highschool, I didn´t performed as I should have. (Not trying to justify me, ik this is my fault) Here in Mexico we use a system of 0-10 for grades, and I got 9.5 in the first semester and 9.3 at my second, while the smartass kids got 9.9 or 9.8, and I also failed the IMO and IPHO at a state level from my country, do you think it is still possible if I do great next years in all of the aspects colleges evaluate and I develop a passion? Is it so fundamental to have perfect grades and be at the top 1%? And btw, if I failed those olympiads I mentioned, do I still have chance to get to the international level? or is it only possible if you don´t fail since the first year? Sorry for that large text, keep the good job, your videos are prety cool! :)

      @SamuelBoschMIT  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m sure you can try again! I know a lot of people who went to the olympiads in later years, but not in their early years. Best of luck to you 😊

    I thought about the hack with Revolut as well, but isn‘t it illegal or something because by sending money in the circle for miles is actually earning money without actually paying something isn‘t it?

    • @SamuelBoschMIT
      @SamuelBoschMIT  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not illegal, but against their terms and conditions nowadays. Also, what we did was a lot more complicated then just topping up revolut with a creditcard. If we had just done that, they our accounts would have gotten closed.
