I have experienced lucid dreams many times. I could decide if I want a normal dream, a lucid dream, or neither. The more the IQ and mental strength you have, the more you can control and make changes in dream. like - 1) I was back in my hometown which was full of greenery so I decided to fly and see some scenery. 2) I was in the movie 1920 London and was attacked by a ghost and I was fighting back we both were flying on top of the clock tower, in the end, I won(remember being in a dream shows who and how you are, it reveals your inner desire, fears, and true nature, so in my case, I'm not afraid of neither ghost nor god). 3) this one was an abnormal dream for me, cause its rare to see yourself in the mirror but abnormally I don't remember my face in the mirror even now. 4) so this one is my favorite and most beautiful lucid dream - I was in the middle of the desert at night and the world was coming to an end. the sun, moon and all surrounding planets were coming close to the earth, the sky was falling apart and all-stars and comets were falling like a shooting star, the sky was bright and full of stars and it was the most beautiful thing I've seen in life I was thinking that it's worth dying to see such a beauty.
=Important notes= 1) I never brag. 2) you need to be a realistic and practical person so you need to tell difference between dream and reality to control your lucid dream. 3) after experiencing too many lucid dreams it affected my mental health, cause sometimes it became difficult to tell difference between dream and reality(especially in lockdown when you were bored in your home) so I stopped seeing dreams.

11:30 bhai tera bate sahi he mane Lucid dream kiya aj aur kal Tera video rate me dekha tha lekin hatho ke fingers to 10 hi tha. Believe me I really did it I felt like I was traveling through different dimensions or different world. But as I came to know that it's a dream suddenly the dream changes. And in the next dream I was not knowing that what happened and still I am in a dream. But after I wake up I know many things what I saw in dream world.
In one of my dream, I was feeling like I am weightless. I was actually at a place which looks like space and I felt that I am out of my body. Any way I can't tell till yet what exactly was happening with me. When I wake up at morning my head was aching and I was confused that was that a dimensional traveling or a Lucid dream. Nice vids.

Nope, from my experience i usually close my eyes hard in dream eg if a demon is chasing me in a dream then suddenly i try to close my eyes hard in dream. And in micro sec i can switch dream into another. If some how i wake up in between dream and again i can go back in same dream. It's really a fun game after little bit practice.

It is like an illusion when u just wake up u u realised r not in reality(like in dream where u know it is a dream)u wanted to wake up but ur body doesnot u ll be trapped in sleep and awake.sometimes it very complicated u will cried hard tried to move hard fr help u but u wont be able to .u ll hear
everything .sometimes u r trapped in loop that u r awake again u r not it hppen to me 3 times i thought awake but it was just a dream or not in reality .To make sure u r in dream try to look up or find u body part to make sure u r in dream/awake state very confusing though
