I've also seen the interpretation that Sarah isn't being petty or fake, she genuinely thinks that this is what friends are like. But I do like this take as well, where she intentionally is petty and gets intentional revenge.

I love how you used the shape method for the characters! Sarah is a shorter character made up of more rounder shapes, and Jenny is made up of sharper shapes, projecting their personalities with their character designs.
I don’t know if anybody has noticed this, but Sarah’s movements and actions are dialled down and small, while Jenny’s are exasperated and loud, but when Sarah “transforms”, her poses become more like Jenny’s and while Jenny herself keeps her big actions, it’s in a new light, and I love how it’s subtle, but adds to their characters so much!
A lot of people are saying Sarah went to far turning on Jenny and telling rumors like that and didn’t give her another chance now that she was considered “ugly” and Sarah would know how it feels. But when you really think about it if Sarah did keep Jenny as her friend, Jenny probably would of spread rumors saying how badly Sarah treats her (basically saying Sarah does what jenny used to do to her). Just from what we’ve seen from jenny basically there’s no way she’d want jenny to stay popular, so this was probably the best revenge and keeps jenny away.
I like how they made Jenny’s design so sharp and pointy (triangle booty) and Sarah is more round and sweet looking. This indicates how Sarah is more of the sweet but has a fake friend and Jenny is the fake friend. And also at the end when she gets her pony tail and lost weigh, she looks more confident while Sarah just when down

i like it! the problem for me is that when Sarah “bloomed” she became skinny all of a sudden. bigger people can still be equally (if not more) beautiful as skinnier people. other than that, i absolutely love the animatic! awesome job

One of the things i like is the cartoon style of the animatic, for me it feels like is the kind of animation you will see in a cartoon, and your art style is beautifull :D
