    Tim I was doing the opposite application, filling a tank(start at 5, stop at 12). Works fine, but How could you monitor the level, if the pump is running, but level is not increasing? Say if pump lost prime or drive belt broke? Stop pump if that condition exists, after certain amount of time?

      That one is good enough to make a video on. I would figure out how much the level typically drops in say five minutes. Then when the pump comes on, use a ONS to capture the current level. Have a timer that starts timing when the pump comes on. After 5 minutes, subtract the current level from the start level and if the difference is less than you typical pump down amount, set an alarm.

    Could you have used a zone compare instruction, does studio 5000 have a zone compare instruction

      I believe you are talking about a LIM instruction, that wouldn't work. The pump would chatter.
