The community is nice. Like any other villages it has its own issues. As one of the first few who are now currently living here we have experienced most of them. I think those are actually birthpains that first occupants really endures. But just like what wifey said, maaliwalas ang environment. Quality of the house? To be honest we made a lot of improvement... There are issues we dis not forsee and discovered during the reno process itself. But generally, we are happy. :)
