I remember my initial reaction to this set being that they should have taken out the Spartan and the marine and added a couple more Banished units. But that being said...the marine and the Spartan actually look pretty cool.

The UNSC figures in this set are really similar to the Marine Sniper from Halo Heroes. I hope they keep the covert ops color scheme going because it looks dope! I also can’t wait to build a squad of three Victor the Grunt’s and three Brute Chieftains.

My thoughts on the height for the figures is that when something is scaled down that much a difference of a foot terns into a difference on like less than a cm

The Marine Platoon Pack is packed with mostly marines, differentiated by accessories and weapons, so you can swap them around and create your own custom figures and combinations. With kids in mind, as they are the target audience, having a customisable set is fun, whereas a set with different, not so army buildable figures isn't hence the inclusion of some opposition.
I got mine yesterday, i havent opened it yet since im moving out to an apartment but i personally loved all the figures specially the marine, it reminds me of the original marines that came out in the first sets of Megablocks, the ones that were form Halo Wars. Im gonna buy another one and start making a diorama of the banished and some marines.
Hi, I've watched this several times, (and I don't know why) and it just dawned on my, the radar jump pack brute was not the last one we got for that type of brute, hyperius also had a jump pack, (even though he is technically a Spartan Killer, not a jump packer) but he did have one in the Defence Point Showdown :)
The hight of the Spartans should the hight of the call of duty figures while the brutes are a bit taller then the COD figures. It's always griped me that the Spartans, brutes and marines are always the same size.
i think it would be cool if they used both the craig and the new brute heads at the same time. like a random but low amount of figures in each set has the craig head and most have the new head
Looks like a great set to own. But my house just went up in flames and I lost about 10,000 dollars worth of halo. Been collecting for 11 years now. Well I don't think I'm going to collect anymore 😕
My chieftain and one hand of my brute came with a hand that had extra plastic on it for some reason and it made them have a hard time holding stuff;I had to put sticky tack so chieftain could hold his hammer

Break open eeaaassyyyyy…. “Chief??!!” “I SEE HIM” 😧😑 “soft INNNSIIIIIDDDEEE!” Bassus was so hard for me to kill, I was not equipped well for close quarters combat with him and still wasn’t very good at using infinites armor abilities yet so bassus wiped the floor with me for a solid 40min before I finally got him 😂😂

Mega's reasoning for not making brutes taller isn't making sense to me considering Elites are taller. I'd really like to see some sort of additional knee or waist attachment to give Brutes and Spartans a little more hieght.

No, the banished have less figured compared with the UNSC troop pack because that’s how the banished are. Smaller in numbers, but just as tough, menacing, and brutal

Nice thing about the unsc figs is they match the marine sniper and I assume the odst in the gungoose it’s like a oni strike team or something

9:00 the helmet will just fall of. One of my elites helmet broke a little and it falls of all the time
Some of them stay on well. The old banished banshee set falls off with barely any effort but the honor guard helmet stays on really well
You should put tack on the helmet to keep it from falling
I think the Trailblazer looks like a mix between the CQB Helmet and Halo 4 Recon.
