    I'm in healthcare and have to say OTs are the most amazing people in the hospital. Thank you for this video! I got a camping bidet to try to use less paper but sat down to use it and realized I had no idea what I was doing

      Awwwww!!! Thank you for watching an being a supportive colleague!
      I'm sorry the camping bidet wasn't as intuitive on how to use it. I wish all bidet brands created instructional videos to make it crystal clear on how to use the device!

    I have been looking at this hand held and the seat bidet for years now. And the only reason I have not bought any is this Main 2 Reasons. If there's a way to avoid these 2 concerns I would most definitely get one!
    What about for a male and water spraying all over their pair and or on the Dog? What do you do about not getting all over?
    And talk about Over Spray and Cross Contamination. Those 2 do not sound like a good combination especially together
    Thx for the video!

      Thank you for your patience while I respond back to you. While the water is turned off, I'd recommend positioning the wand from between the front of you body. Once it's placed where the nozzle is under your keister, then slowly turn the water on. That'll help keep the pair and dog dry (hahahaha!). Then turn the water off before removing the wand.
      Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Would the water not being cominf straight from the plumbing pipes, not the tank?

    • @toilettalkme
      @toilettalkme  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, the water would be coming straight from the same water line as the toilet. It's clean water and will generally feel cool to the touch.

    • @TammyMayCormier

      @toilettalkme ok that makes sense, I had just read a comment that it was coming from the tank itself.

      I think they meant water from the toilet shouldn't feel too cold hahaha! I'm happy to clarify this!@@TammyMayCormier

      Water needs pressure to make it spray out of a house. This is why we have plumbing water pipes to send water into the home.
      So any hose for watering like shower, sink, toilet, hand held or any bidet that requires fresh water would be connected always to the home or buildings fresh Tap water pipes.
      It's a very Valid concern to have.
      Also, in terms of drinking water from the sprayer may be toxic depending on the materials the bidet water hose is made from. Most unless specified as okay for drinking water from, most hoses have toxic materials used to make them. Again unless specified as okay for drinking water from. Drinking water hoses are usually made in the color white in the USA and are usually made for Mobile homes RV Campers is why they're made.
      Additionally, the water that is inside of the toilet tank is clean. Not contaminated by the toilet bowl. It's separate. But I would not advise drinking water from toilet tank. But if it happened like a child accidentally or pet getting into it wouldn't be so harmful. The main concern is what are the materials of the water pump & other components inside the tank are made from. This would be where any unwanted toxic materials would come from and not the water or tank.

    it’s a great product i bought it last year to put in. two bathrooms…
    and fyi the water in the tank should be room temp … 68 to 70 73? … and not too cold to me… ( and men have the opportunity to sit and wash up their junk and balls …
    i keep a stack of wash clothes / dry cloths to dry up
    and a very little anti bacterial dish soap on the wash cloth afterwards also
    to wipe down the bidet / nozzle itself.
    i was going to get the more expensive bidet seat with the electric blower / dryer but I love this device now and really hate to go to the bathroom anywhere else but home now.
    ps the water enema is sure a feature / benefit as well to help one eliminate more effectively / more regularly … but controlling the water stream “force” and pressure is easy for me “reaching around the corner” …

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this handheld bidet! I really appreciate all of the great points you made about the water temperature, clean up with male anatomy, drying process, and water enema feature. Others will learn a lot from you!
      I like to use wash cloths too. They make it easier to thoroughly dry off for me!

    Doesn’t it get spray back or dirty?

    • @toilettalkme
      @toilettalkme  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can position the handheld bidet so it doesn't get spray back. If it does get dirty or wet, take a clean dry cloth to wipe it down.

    Its more efficient to spray from inside your bottom. No hands required.

    • @toilettalkme
      @toilettalkme  ปีที่แล้ว

      Unsure how that would work. I'm open to your explanation though 😆

      that comment must mean with a bidet seat… because the hose definitely requires a little “blind target practice” but it’s easy to learn to “aim” by the feel/touch of the water stream.

      Thanks for interpreting this comment. That could very well be! Everyone has different abilities and preferences. If one person thinks one type of bidet works better than the other, then stick to what you like. There's no one right way to clean your butt! @@zdme4864

      I have used both and Prefer the handheld sprayer.
      Several times I need to run the toilet bidets through multiple cycles and wiggle my butt to get an effective cleaning.
      For me, the Handheld is much easier, quicker, more efficient, and more effective.
      The only thing I like better on the toilet bidets, is the they have heated water and fancy buttons. Buttons are fun.
