The First Steps Into Sin Part 3

Admitting one's wrongdoings takes courage. For a moment, it may seem easiest to sweep things under the rug and not share the truth because of shame or embarrassment. However, taking responsibility begins the process of healing and restoration; and is key to getting back on track.
God wants to be the focal point of our lives, helping us stay on track, not just someone we rush to when challenges arise. Through Christ, the Mediator, we have peace with our Father in Heaven. James 3:17 illustrates that the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace-loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere.
