yup, end of the day it's the same cops meaning the PD is never going to change. It'll be different for a bit then return to the same W bs as 3.0 when the same people will get promoted and are already running things. heck, we just saw one of the new admins, EagleEye, was part of the group that speedran to the first truck heist that had glitched out. Despite being heralded as "omg she's the best rper and great choice for admin!" by her simps, she thought it was good RP to even attempt that after a 5+ timeskip and barely hours into the reset. @@madcarver4492
unfortunately the pd has a pattern of falling apart when he isn’t commissioner, i think that’s mostly because running the pd takes a lot of ooc work so unless they find someone else who is willing to do that type of work it’ll stay that way
the lore is that the city had a 5 year economic crisis. the characters on the server are free to remember past events . All characters that died in 3.0 ended their story and the one who are still alive are free to continue their stories @@rpfrogpoggers

he was a super terrorist like osama with his own island and private army in NP 3.0, PD and EMS and senate had to band together with tanks, jets and warships to take him out, just search "sanguine war", he somehow convinced all crims to fight for him.
Infodump: Kayn Larp aka Yeager Demonblood In early 3.0 him and his group of 'nerdy' friends joined Rooster's Rest as staff working under Lang Buddha. Originally they were supposed to sabotage the restaurant but they ended up liking the place and was later brainwashed by Lang and his crew. Lang wanted to train these "kids" into formal members of Talon; a terrorist group that has been passed down from Lang's family. Kayn and his friends took on new nicknames and acted like nerdy people who "never" break their "characters" all so they could blend into the background of the city and gain information from crims, cops and civs. Lang actually wanted to use them as canon fodders or low level mobs to help him get money but ended up liking this group so much he adopted Yeager while the rest of Lang's crew adopted other members. Yeager's group helped Lang gain information on the movements of a terrorist called Young Dab an infamous terrorist from back in 2.0. Lang, together with Yeager's crew later intercepted the transfer of Young Dab and successfully allowed him to escape. Yeager's crew was later renamed as "The Guild" and operated a comic bookstore opposite of Rooster's Rest. Yeager then built connections with notorious terrorist Michael Simone and learned how to build explosives and weaponry from him. He supplied these explosives to his father, Lang Buddha and other criminals in the city. Due to a conflict later on between the Simone Brothers and Lang, Yeager was forced to pick a side and chose to stand by Lang. This however disrupted the already strained relationship he had with his father. Annoyed by the responsibilities and feeling that his father has grown "old" and "useless" he used his own wealth and connections to purchase an island off the coast of Los Santos and named it Sanguine Island. He built a privatized military on the island and invited various criminal heads from Los Santos to the island building a trade connection for explosives and weaponry. Later on, due to the PD, and Lang's own machinations along with various factors, Sanguine Island went to war with Los Santos and they lost. Yeager was captured and imprisoned for treason until 4.0.

You see someone type something worth more than a paragraph and you call it an essay because you internally think it's not "cool" to do so. But what you don't seem to understand is that if this wasn't online you essentially walked into a book club meeting and called the people who were discussing the book losers and overinvested.
