- Today, we take som video footage of our practice session with the smallest rc driftcars. We build a new bigger track layout with two of the official turbo racing drift tracks.
It is a blast to drift a big track.
This it crazy cool I wish I had friends to drift micro rc with
And one last question. Do you counter steer with these or is it not even worth it at this scale and just let the gyro do all the counter steer work? I have had little success inputing manual counter steering and still being able to hold a drift in a circle around a cone. Seems like it has been better to just hold a slight internal steer input.
We countersteer. In this scale just slightly, but we have to do. It is a mix of countersteering and a sensitive throttle finger.
The skills are immaculate, 1 just got one trying to find the best controller settings first but do you have you turn radius all the way up for to get all kind of drift ranges
Thanks. 🙏🏻
We do not have special settings. Gyro is about 55-85%. We inspected the cars of technically failures and do a small spring setting like in the youtube video of turboracing explained.

Are the body shells of each model interchangeable? I have the Skyline (C64) and I'd like to get some Eclipse (C62/C72) body shells. I may also want some Supra (C63/C73) or RX-7 (C61/C71) eventually, but it would be good to know if it's even possible first. Thanks for all of your replies on everyone's comments and for showing off so many different cars in your videos!
No. Unfortunately the shells aren‘t changeable. Other body, other chassis.
Wowww!! Amazing!!!
Thank you. ✌🏻
Would be nice if you linked the items used in this video. The cars, the track etc. etc. so that people can look them up easily.
I say this because trying to figure out what tracks are good for what and then searching the web can get tiresome. Thanks in advance.
Great idea for future videos. Thanks. For now: these are turbo racing c6* drift cars. 😉
Did you paint/make the livery? If yes ai would really like to see how you make more. Really cool video!
Yes. We spraypaint it.
Habt ihr bei euch die Spur und den Sturz eingestellt oder Stock?
Stock. 😉🤘🏻
Did you have to modify the cars at all to get them to drift this well, seems like many others can only do donuts
No. We didn‘t modified the cars. We trained hard to drift like this.
Looks great..
I have two of these tracks and would like to put together like you have.
Are you able to maybe do a video to show how and where you cut them to create one track please
We already cut the tracks so.. no we can‘t do a video unfortunately.
We cut just one track along the track line. If you look in the video you will see the black tape to get it together. 🤘🏻
Just ordered the same track! Did you put anything to make it slide better or does the track work that well😂
The track does work that well as long as the track is absolutely level.
And if you put your car in your hands before drift, it first needs a few rounds until the cars get slower.
Matt black Skyline look clean bro
Thx
Do you feel there is any mods or adjustments you could make to make it drift better ? I see it takes quiet some skill with what you guys are doing now but i was wondering if the drifts could look more like the 1:10 scale counter steer drifting is that possible with these ?
I think this is the most difficult part. We don‘t do any mods. Just setup and skill.
@@Nightmare201005 you guys are badass gangsters!
@@kwa_nguyen thanks. 😅🤘🏻
Im trying to figure out how many and which track barriers youve used. Great job btw!
Two packages of white ones, two packages of red ones and one package of the grey ones. Official turbo racing barriers ordered by shenzen newstone store at aliexpress. ✌🏻
Hi, nice video I also own one of them! Where did you get the traffic cones from?
The traffic cones were accessoires of a sphero ball mini. 😉
Have you tried different weight set ups?
Shure. Every car and every drifer have other preferences. 🥰
@@Nightmare201005 also do you know if there is a gyro that can fit the c75?
@@braelighty6212 I don‘t know if there is a gyro that fits in the c75. The easier way is probably buy a c65. 🙈
@@Nightmare201005 lol thanks
May i ask ehat your trim settings are?
Trim that the car goes straight forward with slightly gas. Gyro about 55-80%. Just right at the point where the car doesn‘t wobble in forward moving.
@@Nightmare201005 thank you!
Nice show!!
Thank you. We give our best. 🤘🏻
Can You share your Gyro, speed and stuff settings for the car
100% speed, 65%-85% gyro and rest is stock settings.
Thanks
can you add a camera shot of your controller or make a tutorial please
Unfortunately not. But add gyro about 55-85% and throttle 100%. Rest is stock and a lot of training. 🤘🏻
what type of material is your race track? :O it drifts nicely
I don‘t know exactly. It is kind of plastic i think. These are two of the official turbo racing drift tracks.
@@Nightmare201005 i saw a video unboxing of that race track. Its a thin sturdy plastic.
Geile idee mit den zwei Strecken.
Danke. 🤘🏻😎
Which model has seemed the easiest to drift?
Of these tiny ones? No one is easy. It needs a lot of drift experience to drift with these. After all these experience it is just a matter of taste, which is the easiest.
@@Nightmare201005 Completely understand that. I should have phrased it, "Which one feels the least difficult?" or "Which one seems to perform the best drifts?". I'm glad I found your video though because I don't have any experience drifting and all of the other videos, besides the advertisement I saw, don't actually drift the cars, so I was starting to worry that it wasn't possible, but your video changed my mind. So I set out to learn how to actually "drift" and so far I've been having success!!
@@dhbroad wow. It is e great honor to earn a compliment like these and read, that one of our videos push other turbo racing fans to make some cool drifts. Thank you very much. 🙏🏻
The best to learn drift is probably rc drifting in 1/10 scale. For me I‘m doing this for nine years now. With this experience it was able to drift with the turbo racing ones. Even if we had to training a lot with these before the videos were taken.
I really couldn‘t say wich one is the „best“ or which one I like the most. To be honest, this changes every drift training day. Some days I like the skyline without the frontweight. The other day I more like the eclipse with the front weight. Even the supra is totally cool. I like them all and every day I prefer another one.
Maybe my fingers didn‘t work the same every day. 😅 So… I think there isn‘t any answer to your question. You are the answer. If you will drift these, you will find your way to do it. It‘s not easy but definitely makes a lot of fun. 🚘💨
@@Nightmare201005 I am sharing your video with others on TH-cam because people comment on other videos about the Turbo Racing drift series and say "it didn't drift!" in reply to the reviewer's attempt to drift the car or drive it around. I also have one more question, but I'll post it in the main comments because it may be helpful for other people.
