Air Hose End Repair with Reusable Brass Fitting

Was losing my mind trying to find a fitting like this. I'll be cutting off the infuriating weird flare fitting from a Milton/Merlin air chuck and adding a quick connector. Thanks very much, very helpful video.

For when the milton fitting leaks from the washer being worn i flip the flat washer inside and put a r03 Oring on the plunger and it works again and keeps the plunger centered till the next time.

What are your thoughts on the spiral style of air compressor hose

I prefer a retractable reel that is hung from my ceiling. The spiral style that I once had, was cumbersome and got caught on things too easily in my shop. Thanks for watching.
