That is one of those things people say that just keeps getting repeated, but falls apart the moment you think about it for half a second. If that was the case that is 100% the fault of those who hired them, trained them and supervised them. I have been in charge of hiring and training people before, if I couldn't get them to understand the job, well, then I wouldn't end up hiring them... And If I were so clueless that I didn't even notice that people didn't do their jobs, that would also be on me :) What would be a more accurate statement is that 90% of people know exactly what their job is, but 80% of them are trying to find out how little of it they can do and still get away with it. And that's fair enough if you ask me, in this abusive garbage economical system.
The costume designers for this show deserve every award in Hollywood the costumes, wigs and accessories are always on point for every sketch and flows so well for each character 😂
So i feel like there are 3 stupid people here. The first one is the guard. The second one is ths prisoner he had 4 tries to escape and kept getting caught. The last is the warden for not firing the guard.
Listen after the first time he let the prisoner go he should have lost his keys and after that I blame everyone above him for continuing to give him a responsibility he clearly isn't mentally capable of handling
when he hit the fire alarm, those 3 other prison guards came within a second. Meaning they were close by to the prisoner's cell and would'v seen them "making a run for it" and again be caught within 30 seconds of "escaping"
What he should have said "I'm a good guy and you're a bad guard, we should switch clothes and places right now" "Oh ok" *switches Crim walks out the front door
13 minutes. 5 minutes. 2 minutes. Like 10 seconds. Most people would improve with experience, he somehow Increasingly got worse. In his defense for the last one, he had an idiotic partner blow the run immediately.
Him closing the cell back is hilarious 😂😂
lmao with his look of defeat
😮😮
"You think you can trick me again, well you can't this is my choice" lmao 😂😂
😂🤣🤣, my got dam'n ribs hurt, his sillyass said reverse psychology, 😭
That was on me, guys. 😂
This is hilarious 😂
“Orders to let him go idk why he’s in here in the first place”
😂
The twist is this is the future from Idiocracy.
What makes this so funny to me is the timeline. It all happens in about 15 minutes! He gets captured so quickly, yet he keeps trying!😂
And each time they add 10 years to his sentence :D

That's not a Bill Murray quote. Someone else quote it first.
The body language and the mannerisms these guys get for each role is so impressive 😱
Key's character is a crib on bubbles from Trailer Park Boys.
And the costume choice the thick glasses and haircut fit so well lol
It's amazing how the other prisoners didn't do anything and just waited for it to play out. Seems like they're used to this
Eh. He does this every week or so. It’s pretty normal at this point.
Unpaid actors
They are ex-prison guards

Dude, 75% of the people in the world fall into that category.
The 80/20 rules exists because of that...20% of the workforce is carrying the other 80% who don't understand their jobs.
Sounds like bullshit to be honest

Where did you get the percentage from, smart guy?

I was just going to comment how they always get the hair perfect.
I love the glasses man, makes him look like such a dweeb.
Yeah even the German WW2 skits they had actually the swastika on there arm , nowadays you wouldn’t see that 😂
What I like the most about this sketch is how quickly we get to the punch. 15 seconds.
Very nice. Alot of youtubers spend the length of this entire video for just the introduction
I love the cinematic level of music production they do for their skits. Thank you :)

Honestly reading this statement took the giggle out of me I got from watching this video. It's like, why dude.
I love the innocence in this one.
The way Jordan tried to keep him from opening the cell. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This whole sketch is really stupid, but it’s also hilarious, due to the talent of these two!
Duhhh that the point if this is rl that guy get fired long times ago.
I'm sure these are the guards watching over the Jocker
I love how they used the same background prison audio throughout the sketch. 😂
When spongebob guard the prison. 😂😂

Best comedy duo in the world 🌍 Key & Peele 🏆
The guy in jail is the stupid one, he needs to tell him to let them all out at the same time lol
3:10 the theme from Medal of Honor European Assault 😭😭😭
IKr???? wth haha
Keys doing a great Jake Gyllenhaal mouth
He made a mistake. He could have asked him to change clothes with him.
This is actually what I thought he'd do lol
Finally one I haven’t watched 15 times
Do not fear a god like opponents but a pig like teammates.
Single favorite Key and Peele skit.
Freaking love these two....brilliant!!!!😅
i have no idea how many times i watched this sketch
The guy holding the bars from opening 😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m dying this is true comedy
This has to be one of their most funniest kits😂😂😂
"This is my choice" LMAO
If only he phrased it out "escort me outta here"😅
"You know how you can really prove you're smart"😂😂😂😂😂
Lol this used to have me dying laughing glad to find it again
The looking through the bars camarashot with the music; had me dead 😂😂😂
Now this one made me laugh out loud! 😂
At job interviews he tells them that tattoo by his eye is sweat . Bc he's a really hard worker lmao 😅 Works %30 of the time 😂
Couldnt make it past the first pan to Key's face without giggling
That's the funniest thing I ever witnessed, holy sh*t :D So good acting!
Arguably the funniest character in all of the skits😂😂
“Bon Voyage.” 😂
You'd think the guy would try running out of the cell the other way after being caught so many times.
This is me at my job.
I haven't even watched this but im already laughing because i know it's going to be funny asf 😭

lol I love this clueless security guy he just tryna do the right thing
in 7 minutes he escaped 4 times. that must be a record.
You will always outsmart stupidity. That's why it's called stupidity 😂😂
Key looks like he's trying to be Stephen root from office space
the fact the prisoner shut the doors because he genuinely didn’t want the guard to loose his job is superb writing honestly hilarious
Eventually Peele got the worst punishment he could get.. having to share his prison cell with the jail attendant.
Basically what happens when you try to set a trap for someone else…
“Unless…”
“What!?” And immediately goes for the door.
😂😂
"You gotta let me outta here."
"Okay."
Beautiful simplicity
It's like a deleted scene of Idiocracy 🤣
The strange thing is every time he mess up they let him guard😆😆
The fucking glasses AND those eyes! 👓👀
The guard reminds me of Milton from Office Space lol
1:00 the reaction from pelee is genuine.he is real actor
I like this one but the one trying not to laugh when yo homie cries 🤣 best one
this is pure f***ing comedy bruh 😭😭😭😭😭
How the beep you think of such ideas! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is the exact way I jail-break ChatGPT nowadays

It makes me think of the stapler guy from office space as a prison guard XD
I'm gonna start wearing my hair like that 😂
he wasn't stupid, he was just very confident in the prison system wont let the inmate leaving. Mind games 😂
The hairpieces and wigs on this show are well renowned, but I think Key's hair in this one is the Blue Ribbon Winner.
His eyes are so big lmao
3:25 The music is from Medal of Honor: European Assault
Any idea what it is at 4:20?
The prisoner kept making that right turn guess that's why he kept getting caught😅
