I have applied to 6 organization and still did not get call for email. What does this mean? Also , had no interview with connect job staff.

I have some questions:
1. Do we need money for this internship?
2. Can i work while internship?
3. Is it important that know Japanese language? And which level is enough for that?
METI Government Japan scholarships provide financial support that covers living expenses and sometimes travel costs. Therefore, you usually do not need additional money for the internship itself.The guidelines for METI internships usually do not permit participants to engage in paid work outside of the internship program. Japanese language is not always mandatory depending on the specific internship.

Hi, I uploaded my details on job connect portal. Is the application process of 2024 different than the last year? because i am unable to find the application like which was written in both japanese and english the detailed application i cannot find it now. I provided every information that was required including my CV. When i click to the apply for internship it takes me back to the page of my profile. If anyone knows please tell me. my job connect portal is showing applied, so does it mean I have applied for the internship?
