First off, you play beautifully! Second, huge thanks for sharing this in such a fantastic perspective. As a self taught beginner, this is very beneficial for me to see how to tilt the bow and contact points to get the sound I'm looking for. I've been experimenting, but I'm excited to practice and try some of the techniques I've watched with your videos that I wouldnt have caught in the usual recorded perspective of other violinist videos. Thank you so much again! I'll be looking forward to more of what you'll hopefully be sharing!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! I'm very pleased that you've observed those details, as every centimetre of bow can be used to different effect with speed, weight, tilt and contact point, which only gets more difficult with string crossings and off string bow strokes. All the best with your practice!

I hope to record scales at some point, but not from normal scale methods

I've learnt it before but it's really hard to play well. I'd probably want to spend at least 40 hours on it so unfortunately it's not high on my priority list.
th-cam.com/video/a57Apa4TCfU/w-d-xo.html This is a lovely live recording of the concerto by Bomsori Kim.
If you're interested to see the bowing technique, I'd suggest watching more of my videos to see which movements create certain sounds and tones.
