Im gonna explain why they used mario instead of does bad things guy, first this is based of a animaion about marvin trying to find rose because mario kidnapped her and put her in the woods, mario also killed rose and the animation is when Marvin realised rose died

I think the idea of Mario singing makes more sense with the lyrics, because, for example, “My Life, My Name, it’s all yours to reflect and sustain” could show how Marvin replaced Mario
