Magandang umaga Dada and Sweetie, wow natuloy agad pagpunta ninyo sa Farmer's Table maraming maraming maraming salamat at di ko pa napuntahan yan before, what a location, n an excellent video, para na din ako nakapunta dyan, sa mga nakita ko para na din ako nakapunta dyan, may nakita akong sourdough at dark rye breads ok yun sana organic sila, yung dark rye puwedeng gamitin sa paggawa ng pastrami sandwiches, sa mga may gout o mataas na uric acid iwas lang sa sweet breads, nuts with the exception of almond w/c lowers uric acid organic and raw is preferred and to some degree marcona almonds, raw than cooked spinach is also preferred, barley grass, wheat grass, and alfalfa sprouts are good, tart cherry juice, but most importantl is black tea, organic loose puerh black tea is the best for gout prevention, in short, there are metabolic pathways n certain enzymes that is blocked in producing high uric acid (for further technical info pls let me know), avoid oily fishes except wild salmon, the difference between wild and farmed raised is the color with the wild salmon almost red in color and the farmed raised kinda pale pink color and too bad 70% of restaurants serve farmed raised, to see the difference in color just do a search and you will see the difference in color and nutrients , nabangit ni Dada yung fish n chips that goes well with tarragon vinegar or malt, yung kamote kulay orange baka yams yun, yung salad dressing vinagrette dressing ng mango/passionfruit combo at ranch dill dressing, ok ang dill sa lox or cold smoked wild salmon, yung eggs benedict na may hollandaise sauce sana na split yung isa sa bacon at yung isa smoked salmon or lox maybe next time ingat lang sa cooked kale in moderation lang due to its purine levels at yung bread toast niya bakit kaya brioche ginamit na nakalagay sa menu instead of english muffin, yung granola with greek yogurt parang naubusan sila ng greek yogurt ok sana madami, dapat no milk at may kasamang honey ok na yun another substitute ay organic aged maple syrup kasi lower glycemic sya than sugar or certain fruits, yung honey is best served as unheated, raw, and unfiltered para kasama niya yung bee pollen..... thnx again Dada n Sweetie, good health, long life, n God bless
Wedding reception dyan ng anak ko. Ganda ng place, napakalinis. Very warm ang mga staff pero pricey lalo pag nagstay dyan.500 K for 50 guests plus dyan din kc kumain ang mga coordinators na 15 persons. Minsan minsan na lang nagdidine- in dyan . Maliliit ang servings. Sa lahat ng resto, pinakamalinis CR nila. Wala akong nakitang flies. Sarap sana magstay kung maraming pera. Ha,ha,ha!

Vineyard in Tanauan sa Gonzalez Tanauan Batangas dadakoo and sweety maganda din po doon. Meron pa din po na recommended na pasyalan sa Pagkilatan Batangas nakadaan na din po kayo doon noong mag road trip kayo punta Lobo. Malapit lang Pagkilatan madaming beaches doon Monte Maria Shiren then beaches na Kamantigue, isola vista, playa montana, dela roca beach resori. Ok din po yon na content makita ang mga beaches na tabi tabi sa Pagkilatan Batangas. Thanks dada and sweeti

we tried to reserve kaso fully booked na, so nag walk in kami, but we have to endure the 3hrs waiting, while waiting we bought their different pastries available and seated at their garden area with pool at the back breathjbg so fresh air, and we are so satisfied we the various food.

Per head resto is not a good choice for SC kasi di kaya ng kumain ng maramihan. Ok ito sa mga young ones. Hindi pwedeng I take out at may extra charge pa pag may tira.😔 Prepare ko ang order dahil ma i take out may pang dinner na after ng food trip. Kasi pagod ng magluto after ng mga lakad for the whole day. Masarap naman for sure kasi mga menus nila meron lahat sa Chinese Buffet dito sa Canada. $30 + per head nga lang.

the salad and egg benedict are good but the cereals and some fruits are not good for health they are high in carbohydrates and carbs is sugar
Cereals and fruits are good for breakfast. Stay in any hospital and your breakfast will have fruits. What is bad for your health are food high in FATS and SODIUM (salt). Filipino meals are high in sodium because aaide from seasoning already in the dish when cooking, we still use patis, toyo, or bagoong. All have high salt content.
