High floor or low floor? Which is better? Is it worth it to get a higher floor unit and do higher floors sell at a higher profit in the future?
What if I told you that a lower floor unit could fetch double the profit of the higher floor unit? Watch on to find out more!
In this episode of 🥤 𝕁𝕦𝕚𝕔𝕖 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕁𝕦𝕓𝕤 🧃, I share and analyze some live data of the transactions of the different developments across Singapore.
When you're deciding between which floor to get in a development, it's important to analyse how each level is priced and the price difference between the levels to arrive at your decision.
If you have a property or a district in mind that you'd like me to analyse for you, feel free to contact me at wa.me/6589390393 or 89390393.
As property is usually our biggest purchase, it's very important to choose the right property. We offer a wide range of analysis on property be it resale or new launch and believe in being guided by data instead of emotion. Once you are able to understand the logic behind the price movements, you can make your purchase better.

Made it simple , if the price of different level is small . Choose the high floor . If big choose low floor

Thanks for the good analysis. Never thought about this in such detail and had the perception that high floor is always better. Have subscribed and looking forward to future videos!

How about specifically 4th floor in Singapore? Any obvious under-performance?
