Hailing from Sapporo, Japan, sleepy.ab is known for their unique dreamlike sound. Their songwriting focuses heavily on slow, comforting compositions that bleed into abstraction and lull the listener to sleep. The group has toured across Japan and performed at many of the country’s largest music festivals, including Fuji Rock, Summer Sonic, Rock in Japan, and Rising Sun Rock Festival.
sleepy.ab's newest album "fractal" was released on January 29, 2020. This is the group's 9th album and their first release in 7 years.
