Rahu Saturn 1L 2L = any of them in 12H means foreign settlement. 4th lord is 12th house or 4th is weak = foreign settlement. This is so real. In my western natal chart, I have stellium in Libra, the planets are Ketu, venus, Mercury and Sun. This placement, gives me liberation from my family and Travels without spending much. And I don't feel like settling in my homeland. I feel that I will seetle somewher, somewhere far from my country. At the age of 22, I am already out of the country (Neigbhour country from Asia),at the age of 28, I am now here in Europe, travelling and working. Since, I was little, I'm longing for a foreign land. If you have venus in your seventh house then he may talked that you will get a charming spouse as your partner but whatbhappems if the venus is aspected by saturn? He suggested that I do astrology on youtube, which I did do and I achieve some fame and notoriety (good and bad), but I have a career in health care that I'm pursuing. He ultimately said I should go into Ayurvedic medicine but I have no interest at all in that.

Fascinating, my ascendant in Aries has the lord in Mars 7th house. However with the Libra nature it seems that this aspect has nothing to do with settling but potentially more to do with the career or the soul mission. Actually I see astrology more as a library of potential & recommendations from the 6th/7th density. Ultimately I control myself & make the decisions for myself. Never the less astrology is a good tool for understanding of the both the soul, spirit, & the physical potential.

By tropical my Mercury is in first house, and that's not me at all. So by sidereal I see my Mercury placing in 12th along with Sun and Venus, and by what I already watched till today, yes that's me :'(

Fascinating, my ascendant in Aries has the lord in Mars 7th house. However with the Libra nature it seems that this aspect has nothing to do with settling but potentially more to do with the career or the soul mission. Actually I see astrology more as a library of potential & recommendations from the 6th/7th density. Ultimately I control myself & make the decisions for myself. Never the less astrology is a good tool for understanding of the both the soul, spirit, & the physical potential.
