Rashfords PR team jumped the gun after he was left out for one game. This interview basically is Ruben saying he's a part of the plans if he applies himself.
By Rashford saying he wants to leave after a few weeks of a new manager and being left out of one squad it shows he lacks the mentality to fight for his place.

Ruben is saying he’s a part of the plans if he applies himself? I don’t think so mate😂
firstly, it’s not all Amorims decision to part ways with a player.
Secondly, Amorim isn’t going to come out to the media and openly admit him and the big dogs want rid of a player.
Thirdly, do you think these reliable sources have come out stating that rashford is up for sale even though it’s a case of “if he applied himself correct, he’ll have a place in the team” no mate. It’s clear as day Amorim doesn’t see plans for rashford in his squad and I’m sure the big dogs agree. Especially on the wages he’s on. The cost cutting they’ve been doing since they took over, itself makes me believe they most likely want rid of him too.

Why Rashford did not make a press statement against the england national team for dropping him? Why is he only make a press statement when Amorim drop him? So Amorim can't asses Rashford performance like how the england national team coach decide for the called up?

Something you lot need to realise is Marcus is a world class Winger, it doesn’t mean he’s not just because he’s not in form. If we got rid of him & he started popping off else where, the same fans would then regret that he left. What other world class winger would join Utd if they actually decided to sell Marcus? there’s no point, we already have Dialo on the come up as a star… all Ruben needs to do is tell him what he’s doing wrong, fix the problems and see if he comes back a better player on the starting 11, we STILL need him.

It's not simply a case of innate talent. It's attitude, application and off field behaviour. This isn't a recent development. It's been going on for upwards of 18 months. After he signed the fat contract, all those things deteriorated. He looks almost as sulky as Martial, he has taken a half hearted approach to the defensive side of the game, when he even bothers at all. The only person who can fix that is Marcus himself. And, currently, he seems to lack the will or desire to do so.

Ruben isn’t going to come out and admit he wants rid of rashford.
Rashford also isn’t going to be put up for sale (confirmed by reliable sources) if Amorim looks at rashford as someone he wants in his squad for the future.
    Make it make sense👍

I don't want Amorim to give in and bow to Rashford PR pressure. He will get Amorim sacked in 2 years like the past 6 managers! Maguire and Antony make their way back to the team without PR. Even Amorim and fans praise Maguire and Antony. They show on the field not media. People were doubting about Mazraoui replacing AWB but Mazraoui show his worth and quality on field and he is the top player in Manchester United without PR. Rashford can't show his performance on field so he use PR machine to talk about his charity. He is paid to be a footballer not charity. And blaming Amorim for dropping him and his system. He had been 9 years almost 10 years with 6 systems and got 6 managers sacked. So all the system and managers were bad and wrong? He is the only one good and right? He cant suit all 6 system and won the PL and UCL for Manchester United? So now Amorim will be next to sacked to protect and keep Rashford?

because it is the fans who make the club big or small. One day a coach said to me, don't be a fan of the players but of your club because the player you idolize tomorrow is playing for the club next door, and your club and your heart will still be here
