"Coincidence" - just happened that both mayor and vice mayor had a reason to go on leave.
"There's always a first time" - If both mayor and vice mayor had never gone on leave before at almost the same time, well this is the first time so don't be surprise if it happens again next time.
"Busy" - do you always see your dad everyday because you live in the same town (unless you live in the same house)? Sarah and her dad has probably seen each other a million times that there is no need for them to hang out unless something urgent or there's a special occasion. These two has some very busy schedule to serve the Filipino people and are doing so, and don't have time to socially bond like you expect them to do.
I hope you take a coverage that will serve the Filipino people and constantly do so, once or twice will not help this very ill country, most Filipino would hope that you and others like you understand that this country is in very ill condition.
