[HQ] MTRCB SPG (Strong Parental Guidance / Striktong Patnubay At Gabay) Tagalog 4x3 [No Watermarks]

- There is a higher quality version of the MTRCB SPG rating, but it has been heavily watermarked, and unwatermarked versions I have seen here are of very low quality.
This version is was recorded as 480p 4:3 but has been filtered with a noise reduction filter to remove the analog TV noise and has been applied with upscaling to enhance the resolution.
If anyone knows which TV stations and programs show the 16:9 version, please comment, and I will try to capture it with my recorder and run it through the same noise reduction and upscaling process.
I recorded this from ABSCBN via Cable TV.
