It’s a really cool build, but you have a lathe. Why not do away with all those bushings on the axles and make it so bearings fit in their place? They will last a lot longer and easier to replace later on.
Perhaps a larger drive sprocket on the transmission would slow the tank down and give it more pulling power that is easier to control. An excellent reuse of components, turning "trash into treasure". Blessings from Australia.

The levers that the driver pulls and pushes on control the individual tracks so that when the left track is moving and the right track is not, the vehicle turns to the right. To turn left, the left track stops, and the right track is driven twisting the vehicle to the left.
Поскольку моя семья бедная, я при наличии токарного станка, сварочного полуавтомата и ещё кучи ручного инструмента строю откровенную одноразовую хуйню, ну потому что я китаец - это не национальность а образ жизни.
Вы путаете бедность и отсутствие перспективы,если у человека нет денег-он не может купить танк,если у него нет перспективы-у него нет возможности купить танк или сделать что-то подобное в будущем.Если у человека нет денег,но есть перспектива ему можно дать деньги и он реализует свой потенциал,если у человека нет перспективы,деньги его не спасут он не сможет реализовать свои планы ибо нет способностей.

Many old lathes are salvaged and restored. When I was an apprentice in the early 1970's, I was tasked with restoring an old lathe that would otherwise have been scrapped. I had to hand make parts with just a hacksaw and a file, then harden the parts in a forge to get it working. After I finished restoring it, the foreman told me that I had better teach myself to use it, which I did with some help from my colleagues. The restoration cost only time and some offcuts of metal and resulted in a valuable machine. Most of the other equipment is pretty basic and relatively inexpensive.

Nice. If you stretch it out a little longer then lower the seat it will be more stable.
