- This video will be the big update for my PS3 Game Collection in 2021! I will be giving a brief description of each game and providing a rating from 1-10. My ratings are 5 is an average game with 10 being one of my favorite games of all time and 1 being just bad and boring.
Hope you all enjoy the video and let me know some games I don't have that are worth a pickup!

These 7th generation games are plentiful and really good. I still playing via backward compatibility on Xbox One. I really loved the jrpgs that released on Xbox. On the other hand PS3 has a lot of exclusives and they are great. I have about 90 xbox 360 games most of them are digital.
Yeah I can't agree more! This generation is my favorite to pick up and play games for. There is just so much variety and a lot of great games that got severely overlooked that are really cheap to pick up. 90 games is great that's way more then I have for the 360 and you can get a good chunk of the high quality ones with that many!

Tracking some Limited editions aswell and trying to complete the full NA ATLUS set for the system!

Glad you like the videos and really appreciate the continued support on them, helps me know people still wanna see them! Awesome collection size and that's an cool way to pick up games I never really thought about picking up all of the games form a certain developer like that. Altus made some great titles on the console so great choice to go after and I myself want to get Dragons Crown and a Ps3 copy of Catherine as well!

The funny thing is MG Rising is also a game made by PlatinumGames. If you liked Oblivion and Skyrim you have to play Morrowind it's the best TES game imo. It may be hard to get used to the combat and visuals but with some mods it can look pretty good and the game is amazing. If you want to try Dark Souls then do it on ps4/5/pc because of the performance and also you get the dlc which adds a ton of new stuff to the game. Don't be too afraid from it, just play it slowly at first and once you get the hang of it it will grip you and won't release. Can't wait for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax re-release on modern hardware with all dlc. Great video!
Yeah for some reason MG Rising is just the one game I couldn't finish from Platinum games, probably more so me just not being to knowledgeable on the MSG franchise besides 4. Still a great game with really fun combat just I lost interest in it for some reason. I have Morrowind on the PC but have never tried it yet past just messing around with the character creation so might have to give it a fair shot. Yes I do need to try Dark Souls eventually just getting into the right mood for me to play it is always the hard part lol. Thanks for the comment!

I've honestly looked at Binary Domain Online since you last mentioned it but have never on amazon been able to find a good looking copy for under 30$s. With my Local Game Stores reopening now I might be able to see if they have a copy at a decent price! Heavenly Sword and Afro Samurai are also ones I hope to pick up eventually great shout outs!

Great video...a lot I have and some I sadly don't lol. I'm currently over 300+ PS3 games. I have to do a final count for sure and see what I have. Been working on trying to get all the major hard to find games on the system like Splatterhouse and Persona 4 Ultimax. Also the Marvel video games like Iron Man , Thor and Hulk. Still gotta try and find the Spider-Man ones soon. lol
Dang 300! That's a ton, I honestly thought about trying to go for complete someday but I just don't have the money or space for it at the moment. @@coltonsnerdycore Thanks man. I doubt I go for a complete collection. Its just games I really want on system more or less. If I find cheap ones I'm gonna pick them up of course. But if its expensive and one I don't care for...i can be happy not getting it lol.

Well done on a cool collection. A couple of comments.
Red Faction Guerilla is a very good game, but it is NOT a first person shooter. It's a third person action/shooter game.
I am pretty sure Red Alert 3 is not an RPG. :p
PLEASE, when you talk about games in similar videos, don't say there is a twist in the story at the end of whatever. The twists are really good when you don't know they are coming...
Oh yeah, MoH Airborne is very good. One of a few FPS I played all the way on a console.
Singularity is awesome. Played it to finish (PC version) and it was fun.
Split/Second Velocity is for me one of the best racing games of the generation.
Hey someone else who knows of 50 Cent Blood on the Sand! I think I bought it and played it to finish within 2-3 days. Really stupid fun game. Underrated IMO.
My one worry collecting about the PS3. I read that in April some games stopped having patches available from them from Sony for some reason. I don't know which games or if it was "repaired" or made worse later on. I hate the idea of having games which need patches, but Sony doesn't have the servers for them any more.
Anyway, good video, it took me a while to watch the whole thing, but it was worth it.
Just please about the spoilers. Yes I realize you may not agree with me on that one.

Good pickups I misspoke on Command and Conquer its an RTS, going through all the games I usually slip up a couple times thanks for the catch! Also, haven't got to the Red Faction games yet so good to know that before diving in!
On the twist thing I can agree with what your saying and I'm assuming your talking about Spec Ops mainly. Which to my defense I would say that a game like that I feel if I only described it as a "Dark First Person Shooter with a Great story" most people would assume its a generic Cod/Ghost Recon shooter that just has a good story for those types of games. I feel with not giving too much of the story overall away letting people know there are some creative writing spots/twists that makes it different then a average shooter will make more people want to check it out. I mean the reason the game sold horribly was that no one knew what it was besides a 3rd person shooter.
Glad I found someone else finally who enjoyed some 50 cent Blood on the Sand lol!
Yeah some games on the console are outright unplayable without patches and it's scary to think about how bad the PS4 library will be when it starts happening to it with all the buggy releases!

This year will just be the PS3 update however I will be updating the PS4 one and doing my first video on the PS5 collection next year! I just haven't played/gotten enough PS4 games since last year that I feel it needs another update this year. Really appreciate that you are looking forward to the video though!

Yeah what I played of it on the PC I really enjoyed it, just I have a tendency to not finish games I buy on Steam lol, so gonna fully play through it when I start it up on the PS3.
@@coltonsnerdycore i played the whole series and 1 its my favourite. 2 its also pretty good and genesis was good but its like every entry has its own genre. Overall love the franchise even though 3 runs like shit on ps4 slim.

I remember buying Wet because I’m a huge Eliza Dushku fan. The game was difficult and incredibly frustrating so I exchanged it at Gamestop after a while.
Funny you mention Wet because I'm actually playing through it right now and am 4 chapters in currently! I definitely agree that its tricky in some of the arena sections but I do enjoy the gameplay, art style and music so far. Next time I talk about it in a video like this I'll give my full take on it tho, thanks for the comment!

Hahaha fair enough, I know they are great games just for some reason I couldn't get into them myself at the time. I think when I look to retry getting into them I am going to try the newer iterations first for a fresh take on them. Thanks for the comment!

Both were pretty buggy but I'd say Unity was the worse out of the two, Happy Thanks Giving to you as well!

100 is a great amount, always quality over quantity in my opinion. Yeah there are even games I'm still finding for the PS3 that I haven't seen before, such a great and massive library. Hope you find those games you are still searching for and thanks for the comment!

Mass effect one two and three is one big story and it was great for it’s time and still is to me and the ending of the 3rd mass Effect it has several different endings battlefield bad company 1 and 2 we’re great games Brothers in arms really really great game I’m actually trying to find it again burnout paradise it’s ok I like burn out 1 2 3 and I think there was a 4 one before merging with need for speed I like commanding conquer I sucked but something about it always got me interested in that game
You also need to do an update if that’s ok because everything is starting to change now that’s if you would
Thanks for the comment! Mass effect games are awesome and the stories are great just had a rushed ending in my opinion. I agree with you the Battlefield 1 and 2 games are fantastic both SP and MP. Burnout 3 is one of my favorite racing games of all time it's such a good game. Also, if you like strategy games Command and Conquer is a great game and worth the buy.
I will update my PS3 collection video next year around the same time, I use a 2 year timeline so that I can actually get new games and have some worth wild changes in my collection. However, I will be updating my PS4 one this year and doing my first PS5 collection video this year. Thanks for wanting another video!

I stopped collecting for PS3 mainly because the Xbox 360 versions run a lot better on things like the series x with better frame rates and graphics for example fallout 3 runs at 4K 60
Fair enough, there are some games that give me some issues playing them on the PS3 like Fallout 3 and Skyrim so I completely understand that!

Nice! Yeah Gamestop/Eb Games a lot of people don't think have good deals but if you can catch them on the right day doing some clear-out sales you can get a big hull of games for pretty cheap.

Not on the PS3 no, eventually yes hopefully! However I have Yakuza 0, Kiwami and 7 on the PS4 and Yakuza 0 is one of my favorite games on the console! Just finished Judgement as well and that game was fantastic as well.

Hey appreciate all the time that went into making this comment! We obviously disagree on some games but that's what is great about video games we each have our own favorites! Always happy to find another Hot Shots fan, one of my favorite series. Awesome that you got excited to play Blitz the League 2 off of my review of it, that means a lot to hear and hopefully you will enjoy it! Finally, glad to hear some positives about Deadpool cause it will probably be one of my next games I try to play through soon.

Saints row 4 was the worst one,i really think they need to redue them honestly
Yeah would totally agree the later Saints Row are the worst, I'd say 2 and 3 probably my personal favorites. Would love to see them go back to the more gritty and edgy tones the first 3 had with like the sprinkling of the over the top humor at times. Sadly the 5th game was even worse then 4 in my opinion so it doesn't look like they will.
@coltonsnerdycore i thought the first one was awesome,saint row games introduced to were you could create your own character and still had open world like all the gta games the only problem they got really silly with them,they could kept them similar with the gta franchise,but if they decide to remake them they will have base it on new story were you will play new gang because if they keep same title then everybody will want all the original characters back so i definitely introduce new franchise just like saints row but with different title

I played the first one when I was a lot younger but never could get into it. I really want to either go back and give them another shot or what is more likely is that I try the new ones out to get a fresh take on the franchise. They are great games just for some reason I never got into them like other people.
