Very right .. all libra man gives mix signals when they are not willing to make any commitment
If you've ever experienced this it's becuase of the indesiviness within a Libra, libra women are the same. It means he isn't sure about you. Like you get that same feeling about men when your unsure it's the same with him. Due to Libras having indecisive trait it's very true and who we are. I have also had it my self head and heart battles are super deep causing indesiviness. So if you have experienced that it means he has considered something with you but he's likely changed his mind and walked away. Trust me if a Libra man wants you and he is sure he will never be indecisive. We are the most indecisive sign but when we make a choice we comit to that as we are sure it's what we want.
Upset a Libra man in a relationship several times in a row expect to see the indesisivness come out in him it means you've caused him to have a head over heart battle wether to stay with you and try sort out the situations as to why your doing what your doing.
All about the head heart battles causing self conflict within which causes indesiviness. As say once made choice he comits and is super sure of his decision. If he has walked away from you you won't get him back as he's sure about that choice.
