"I like this card in mid to late game" I mean with how Yu-Gi-Oh is right now early mid and late game practically all take place in one turn
I understand you but often on locals it can get very long. I had a match with my old ABC deck versus Zombi and the first two rounds were very quick but the last one was very intense and long.
I played a 2 hour eldlich mirror match with an 80 minute game 1
well at least early game mid game and end game don’t all happen in one turn... oh wait
I don't like this deck list. But... Make a playmat of all cyber dragons and I will buy it.

That's the dumbest excuse I heard, cyber dragon can run linkross and crystron halbifibrax, there's just not much of a point in doing so, and not that many great machine tuners that pretty much compare to the xyzs. If cyber dragon had a good tuner cyber dragon monster that would be another story.

The reason why cyber dragons were always my favourite archetype and always will be is their incredible versatility and adaptability. They might never be top tier, but they will always have good win rate what ever the current meta is.

@@parkourguyyy Vier is a good card, but not at 3. Having two of them in hand is pretty bad. You never want to normal summon Vier. Chain blocking Core can be good. But Vier makes the small Cyber Dragons like Core no more a target for Machine Dup, cause it needs a monster with less then 500 ATK or so. So having Core, Machine Dup and Vier makes you not want to use Viers effect.

But without Dup, 3 Vier and 3 Nächster could work pretty well, I would guess.
In my current build I play 1 Vier and 2 Nächster. When they came out, I was playing both at 3, but cut them down to this ratio.
The only problem if you chain Vier with Core you no longer make it a machine dup target, since Viers effect is to boost every "Cyber Dragon" you control by 500ATK/DEF
very good point - and why I think triple vier is bricky. I think you should only play 1, maybe 2 max.
Yeah I play one precisely because it conflicts with machine dupe. It's a great card to protect against ash, but you can't make Nova so it's only useful for link summoning.
It still works if machine DUP resolves. Once the cyber dragons are summoned you can chain to them
This isn’t an issue, because you can just summon vier AFTER the dupe. You guys have played cyber dragons before, right? This isn’t a problem at all unless you dont know what you’re doing.
That said, I still wouldn’t usually use more than 1 vier..but this deck is supposed to be a little different anyway

I think Dark Ruler No More should be in every blind second list with Adamancipator in the format as usually 1 hand trap is not enough.
But with dark ruler no more you can't otk.
But in the side deck it should be necessary
@@asukakang821 while you can't OTK you can break the board. Also if you're staring down a full Adamancipator board you're not OTKing
Cyber dragon can board break and otk through several interruptions. Standard blowout hand traps like nibiru/ash/imperm are much more effective than using high cost board breaker cards such as dark ruler no more or evenly matched. Cyber dragon loses much more by giving up the otk than it does getting a few cards negated.

All these hate comments but you all are ignoring its basically as pure as can be. It's true to the nature of what the cyber dragon strategy is and it does what it sets out to do really well. Thank you for not just dumping in a bunch of cards like linkross or fiber or union hanger. This deck isn't some brick combo that goes off 6 out of 10 duels. It does what it set out to do 10/10 duels.
So this otk combo is basically u hoping they don’t have no negate summons or nibru or as blossom

Triple vier is very bricky. All of the hand traps work well but if you draw too many of them you're kind of screwed as well. I feel like the deck does better when maining jizikurus to out boards and contact fuse. Also, going second - lightning storms, dark ruler? Those are the much better options, I think.

Please note, that Cyber Dragon Vier makes Core and Nachster not target able by Machine Duplication. Machine Duplication requires you to target a machine monster you control with 500 or less ATK (not original atk) and Vier adds 500 atk onto all "Cyber Dragon" you control. Just to point out a minor conflict to watch out for. I still like both cards (though not as many Vier as this usually)
Just use vier after the dupe, not before the dupe. You can use vier off of special summoning the cyber dragons via dupe.
I personally run 2 cyber repair plants and 2 cyber emergencies because 3 of either/or does get cloggy sometimes and can stop me from playing much at all. You need at least 2 cyber repair plants to search out your machine Kaiju, electromagnetic turtle (in emergency situations) and your techy light machine monsters like Gizmek (actually really good for combo plays) because sometimes you need another normal summon and a level 5 monster instead of a level 2 for some Novas.

I know you wont see this Sam you're honestly the main reason why I got back into yugioh from your positive vids I've always hated playing in my locals tournaments bc how the players are I've I've always wanted to go to a ycs or regionals but if I cant even seat through a locals bc I always ended up walking out bc how bad the experiences was but I love your vids I'm working on a Blue-Eyes max build and it works so I'm waiting for this pandemic to be over so I can try and go to one

Tech in "Arcjet Lightcrafter" and "Infinitrack Earthslicer"... it can be searched with 12 of my cards in my deck (searching for searchers) and if you are relying on a top deck... you have over a 25% chance of bringing out this dude. 3100 atk, 1 card summon, can destroy 2-3 cards with its effect and you can summon it back on the field by destroying 1 link machine monster (in defence position.... but still though...) GOOD cards

Some ideas of decks I’d like to see updated are Mathmech, Crusadia, and I saw a Vampire / Evil Eye combo deck in the live stream last year at one of the YCS (didn’t know if you think that is feasible). Love the content Sam!

I would add in plat gadget, true king of all calamities, infinitrack river stormer and anchordrill. If you go first and open with core and duplication, you end the board with true king

@@DanielFlores-fo1ee I highly doubt that. With all of the competitive cards alone that he has, he certainly did not get all of them from Wal-Mart. Also, with there being multiple vendors and traders at events, as he stated, there's that opportunity as well. Wal-Mart will not provide you with a $400+ deck before spending $1,000+ first. Which seems counter productive and senseless, even, doesn't it?
@@DanielFlores-fo1ee and unless he lived deep into country area (which he doesn't), he's also got local shops (again, which most areas do). Wal-Mart buyouts are for views, for content. Not to build his next deck for a YCS.

I feel like my Buster Blader deck turn one would wreck Cyber Dragons. Going first. Activate: Temple Of The Kings. Activate Prolouge or trap Trick to get Prolouge. Send Dragon Buster Sword & Buster Blader. Buster Dragon grabs buster Blader back special summon Aprentice Illusion Magician and Tribute summon it off for Vanitys Fiend. Set Buster Fusion end turn to equip the Dragon Buster Sword (Protected by Prolouge) What's the odds this deck can break my board? You need Ogres or Ash.

Ever think of using a version without machine dup? Just wondering because if this version focuses more on the rampage play and less on the infinity play it could be dropped and adjusted especially since veir can have a conflict with that combo anyways. Just a thought.
Predaplant Verte Anaconda does not search anything, is does not search Overload Fusion or Cyberload Fusion. It SENDS the card to the graveyard and the Verte Anaconda becomes that card you send toy the Graveyard

Joseph Cornelio I literally went on TCGplayer last night trying to build a cyber dragon deck but I decided against it then I saw this and I’m like screw it im buying myself a cyber dragon deck I got all of the cards here except for imperm because $25 a piece is not affordable to me but I replaced them with forbidden chalice which might actually be as good as imperm if you go first because even if your opponent gets a monster out then there’s still a chance for an otk especially if you play limiter removal which I am because I feel like levianeer is a brick in your starting hand since you don’t start with any monsters in the graveyard

Nachter limits you to machine types,so Levianeer is useless unless you can somehow already fill the graveyard before using Nachter.
This deck profile looks almost the same as your 1st place OTS cyber dragon deck. That a guy did his deck.

A side deck is definitely needed to break certain boards. I guess playing multiple Vier makes good side deck material.

Nice combo! But who in their right mind that goes first and sets at least 1 negate won't be negating anaconda? If you are playing cyber dragon going second you play all the going second cards if you are playing combo VFD should be in the build but that's my humble opinion
You do realize that if you use Sieger’s effect your opponent won’t lose damage and in this case you used it to rampage so your opponent doesn’t lose damage

Can someone explain why so many people play linkuriboh in cyber dragon? Seems odd to me because dont you wanna rather go into Almiraj? The only way to use Linkuriboh is Herz because Nächster blocks all special summons except machines and Herz is mostly send straight to the grave

What about the fact that when you use Siegers effect neither players take battle damage involving that monster
That only applies to seiger not to the card being buffed so if he was to attack with seiger then yes your opponent wouldnt lose any life points

How is Sam bumping rampage up to 12,600?? Siegers effect only gives rampage 2100 which would put it at 4200...
Your deck is susceptible to hand traps Sam. I would play 3 Called By The Grave. Other than that. Really good deck profile. Also you only need to play 1 Megafleet.
