This was a really great interview. I only know Patrick Watson (the band) for the music, I don't know anything Patrick Watson (the person) - and this is probably exactly the type of fan he'd want. However, seeing him in this interview and hearing him speak for the first time I can't help but feel that I've become a bigger supporter of PW. Lighthouse changed my life, Adventures In Your Own Backyard changed it some more, Love Songs for Robots blew me away and now Wave has completely encompassed my heart. Keep it coming

I feel the same way completely. Just listening to his thoughts on it and everything just... Like his music is heaven and I related so much to the lyrics and now, I can relate to the musician too. It makes me so happy and I almost want to cry lol.

I'm here because I noticed he was on the headline for The Cinematic Orchestra who is coming to my home town. Jesus, I love this man. I knew that his music hit a familiar nerve in me, pushing me through the other side of grief and into the wave. Thank you.

This could have been a really fraught interview, but it sure got better.

Worst interviewer ever? Making questions AND answers, interrupting every 2 seconds, "I", "I", "I"....
