I'm so disappointed in how toxic people have to be in control for no reason other than their own ego. Makes the world a bad place but most are only out for themselves.
Absolutely. INFJs especially myself LOVE to dissect everything. Our active listening skills are superior than the average person. Not saying that we are superior over others but honestly our awareness puts us on a different platform simply because we care and genuinely are aware of our mental and emotional health, others and the world. Most people are not aware at all. They prefer to conform,blend in and be mediocre. When people listen to us, we take them on a journey that they are not wise enough to enjoy, yet they believe we are overthinking just for the sake of being difficult, but unfortunately for them we are real thinkers. Most people are so shallow and narrow minded, they can’t understand how to have a real intelligent conversation. So they become irritated and frustrated with us which sometimes makes us feel as if we are a problem but the reality is, we are just deep and genuine.
Yep, all apply. I was accused of being too critical of some people but I work completely off of observations and make a well thought out assessment. Plus if I was being critical at all it just means I care. Some are not worth my efforts.
Anyone who judges me for being me was never my friend in the first place. They'd be better off sticking with their own kind. I will never respect intrusive ppl, who invade my personal space then cry wolf..WHO DOES THAT???
Why are toxic people allowed to be an individual in their behaviors due to their outdated beliefs but are bothered, by us being individual in our non conformists ethics.
I wonder if other INFJ’s out there have had the experience of new people they’ve just met turn and tune into them almost immediately after meeting? As if they’re wearing a VIP name tag or as if they were being introduced at a speaking event as the keynote speaker. Waiting for something profound to be shared but of course only if it’s in alignment with the listener’s beliefs and thoughts. Only to find that the INFJ’s audience feels at times rejected, misunderstood or worse humiliated.
