Glad I found your channel, which provides insights into the current state of your beautiful country you can't find from other "breaking news" and I love that you're a real person and not a talking robot! haha.. My wife's grandma (babushka) is from Ukraine. She just passed 2 years ago at the young age of 103 years old. "Lena" was without any exaggeration, the hardest, toughest human I have probably ever met, and her bloodline helped her survive and flourish our equally harsh winters on the Praires. With her as a Ukrainian example, I haven't been surprised in the least by how well you are handling yourselves, fighting back while still staying positive and keeping your sense of humour and will no doubt prevail. I'm not a religious man but I do believe in positive energy and intention and I will continue to focus on a positive outcome for all your fine people!
I found your channel through Denys. I just wanted to say thank you for making these videos. It’s a really interesting perspective and the world should see the truth like this. Sane people in the world support Ukraine. Slava Ukraini! Heroyam Slava!
Thank you for this, is all interesting. Your husband fixes mechanical things, it would also be good to see more of that. Also "Second hand for second army!" - funny.
My husband is a famous blogger about engines and how they work. But he speaks not in English, maybe one day he will show up here more and in English ;) m.th-cam.com/channels/p9749btHtEwluusvu6xEXw.html
@@bishopofsahs I did too. And TONS of videos with GREAT video footage... I don't speak Ukrainian (yet) but I still subscribed and hit 'play all' - I think it helps the channel and the video is great so far by itself! Well done! Both of you are very talented - I think we will be hearing more about you two!
Thanks for showing us all these things first hand. I fell in love with kyiv when I was there working for 4 weeks during the uefa champions league final. I travel all over the world for my work and the ONLY place I have ever gone home and told my wife, that we must go back so she can see it, is the ukraine. The people were so kind, well mannered and proud. I can't wait for things to improve, I'll take her there the moment tourism is safe again.
You two are a blast, like watching my own cousins, you add a new look to Ukraine that other channels don’t. Maybe after this war is over those old military facilities will be updated and reused. You’ll need a strong military from here out, America learned that lesson long ago. Keep up the videos there great.
I love your enthusiasm, energy. You don't dwell on the past, on the present. You are already building the future of Ukraine. Please keep your joy of living and moving forward you and your husband.
Great to see around the barracks and bunker, and to meet your husband - fixing bikes means he is so much like I was. We used to be able to get the Ural outfit here in the UK, but they banned sidecars on that side, and they had to be registered as motor-tricycles instead (a whole different set of regulations to comply with) - amazing for x-country, and the only two-wheeled-drive motorcycles in existence, with even a differential lock for use in bad mud! I always wanted one but never had one, although I rode a couple on a few occasions. No good to me now, as only something stable and step through would work, as my legs don't (or not well enough to even get on a motorcycle, much less prop one up when stopped). I can at least get from the door of my car to the back hatch where the wheelchair hoist is, using crutches. You'll have to let us know what kind of supplies are short for medical kits and where we should send them, or if the monetary value is better to send so that they can be bought more locally. Fibre is good for secure communication, as there is no way to break into it without it being very visible to both ends. Copper can have another cable wound around it and the signal induced in that, to copy everything - sure, you encrypt it all anyway, but for military-grade security, you have much more than a single layer of security (guess what I used to do before I was disabled!). I'm trying to get my MP to pressure Boris into seizing the frozen assets and applying them to humanitarian and military aid for Ukraine. That would buy a lot of artillery (my dad used to command a battery in the Royal artillery, but that was a long time and many upgrades ago).
Tell your husband he's doing a great job behind the camera and with the info he gives you to pass along to us. Thanks again to you both! 🇺🇦Slava Ukraini🇺🇦

Another great episode. Safe travels to you brave people - delivering supplies and FIXING their motorcycle! I'm sure they were very happy to see you two!! Heroyam Slava!! (glory to the heroes!)
wait a second... that bike had a reverse gear? i have never rode a bike with a sidecar, so that is new to me. learn something new with each video i watch. keep these videos coming you two! stay safe and Godspeed
Both the Ural and Dnieper bikes have reverse gears and powered side cars. I was going to buy a Ural MT-12 but the family sold the farm where I was going to use it. They're available for sale in the US but getting parts might be a bear.....pardon the pun
I was thinking the same thing about reverse! And I noticed how nicely one of those Ukrainian built launchers would work, mounted in the sidecar...?? Slava Ukraini.
@@UA_Courage I have to say that Dnepr and Ural are copies of the BMW R 71used by the Wehrmacht in WWII. There are two different stories that either the sowjets copied captured bikes or that there was a secret mission were sowjet agents bought 2 of this bikes and brought them to the USSR :) And some models have a driven sidecar wheel, so they are 2x3, perfect for mud.
When giving of yourself, your time, your efforts, your skills: it doesn't matter if you have a lot to give. What matters is that you give what you can. Moving the cart forward, you just need to find a place to put your hands, and push as hard as you are able. If enough people do the same, the cart will move to where it needs to go.
That is a very sophisticated dugout. Well made, well designed, and with some nice touches. I especially liked the hand-worked door pulls (handles). Someone said to themselves: "If I have to live down here, I'm going to make it as nice a place as it can be." Contrast that with the squalor of the orc encampment, and you have the sum of the difference between Orcs and real people; Orcs live like pigs, real people care for the place where they live.

May God Bless you and your husband. With such spirit, I think you are winning. Heroyam Slava! Slava Ukraini!
Thank You for your great reporting and showing us around your life during thiese terrible times. You and your husband are awesome! and the people of Ukraine are indeed showing the world that the courage to remain free is everything and the bondage of dictators lies is nothing, not worth living in, never, no way. The world economy is guilty for doing business with systems like the Kremlin for so long and now it's showtime in Ukraine to do the right thing. May we all be inspired by the people of Ukraine to stand up to this cancer called Putin or Trump or whatever, where ever. Lets remain free, save us from ourselves and make this world a better place. Thank You for this channel.
Awesome video. I'm an old motorcycle mechanic and I love seeing vintage bikes no matter where they are from!!! Keep up the good work showing this war from a civilian perspective. Gory to Ukraine
Awesome work, the dugout ,too.! As a builder of many different things,I would love to come over and build you lots of bunkers like this. I would just use shipping containers. With a crew to prepare it for living, another for transport, and another to dig and set them. You’d need those crews, an excavator, 3 semis and a crane. Put one a day into the ground……and help good folks sleep safely. I am a mechanic( of sorts) as well, I wish we could hang and work together. Thanks to Denys for recommending ya’ll, stay safe, and God Bless you!
