Surabaya isn't actually a tourist destination, because it is more of a place for shopping and trade. But if you want to get experience you can explore culinary and the aspect of the city of struggle for Independence/historical city. Surabaya is older city which is 731 years old, much older even with Jakarta which is 497 years old. Here is the center of the Indonesian naval base now and the warship company is located (PT. PAL). Of course the satellite cities surrounding Surabaya are tourist cities such as Malang, Batu, Selecta and the surrounding areas. Happy travel and stay healthy..🙏
