Dude, I relate so much, I grew up with fat kid syndrome as well, during quarantine I went from 230 to 140, I didn’t do it healthy at all but I was finally skinny, but stayed unhappy, since then I gained it all back and I’m trying to cut again and get back into working out in a healthy way and not almost die lol, but felt this entire video
