Because they are 2k elo 0.9 kd fearful trash, who don't see demo, POV and any cs tutorials. They wanna play default pug full shift/afk rounds for a both sides with no initiative.
I understand the frustration, it's hard to watch some parts, but we have to understand not everyone has time to do all that, sometimes you're home tired from work & just want to play one single match to have some fun.
Put these commands in before loading the demo: tv_listen_voice_indices_h -1 tv_listen_voice_indices -1 I don’t know how this guy mutes the other team though

It’s called off angle. Once you hit a certain skill level it’s more viable to be on weirder angles to prevent getting pre-aimed
