There is always plenty of great music of every type of conceived genre & style at any given moment, but most people's appetite for anything new seems to have an expiration date. They get stuck in a time frame or an era & after that, it seems that the music they love becomes more of a nostalgic thing only. At 47 years old, I can honestly say that I have been a Metalhead since I was 7. 40 fckn years & I know that I will be until I die, unless there's an afterlife, in which case, I'll still be a fckn Metalhead. LOL! But, honestly, I don't take in as much new stuff as I did when I was younger but I still do. I always feel sympathy for fellow Metalheads who that happens to, though. Seems as if a part of them died. And I know that I'm a minority in this aspect. Most of the Metalheads I know that are around my age don't even know of Carach Angren simply because "it's too new". Sad.

Heard of this band. Never actually heard them. Not certain I prefer the pentagrams and other motifs, but the music here is very good. Totally understand why people like this band. Sounds like it was a great show to see live, too.

They played DOA 1999 as well, in the tent, but without their keyboard player. Marduk headlined the tent after them. It was the only time I ever saw DB live. Marduk on the other hand I have seen several times after that.

It depends when in the 90s, according to Varg Vikernes and Fenriz BM died after 1993.
Best era of dimmu with their best album ever made.
Haha, nah. It's still good though.
I might have to agree with you dude but I cannot ignore P.E.M. and both Stormblast albums. I can’t deal in absolutes here.

Saw those guys in Minneapolis, Minnesota a few years ago. One hell of a show. Even got to talk with some of the members after the show. Cool people.
Dimmu Borgir live in Koln 97 and Dynamo 98 were one of the best live concerts ever..

Tem razão Dimmu borgir curto até hoje, mas os anos 90 era foda demais com aquela formação \m/

I'm guessing you never saw the plasmatics
Yep
It was a pretty good one, but it was neither the best Dimmu concert I have seen nor the best concert at Dynamo 1998.
Thank you so much for remastering and posting this!!! Fantastic quality and brings back memories. I was there ❤
This is a fantastic performance 😁👍

Best line up. Astennu, nagash, tjodalv, mustis with shagrath & silenoz

Drummer is sloppy as shit / off time, no wonder they got big after he was out
Genius Aarstad composed this
Tjodalv couldnt keep the tempo, live. Thats why he was eliminated
Missing Nicholas barker to make that comment 100% true

Right there with you buddy
And I recommend going above the basic requirements it takes to run the software. At that level it runs really slow. Snails fck faster.
Most of the "remasters" that you find online that was not an official release was remastered using one of these apps & although the AI does all of the heavy lifting, you can add manual tweaks after upgrading but before saving it & a little experience with it & a user can get even more out of it. Running the program on older video will always be an improvement, though & the results are not subtle. Even with no additional knowledge of the app or manual tweaking at the end.
And when I mentioned system requirements, yes, you will need to invest in an expensive, high-end computer if you don't have one.
Absolutely incredible
