Ingredients for Kabuli Pulao
3 cups sella rice
1 kg lamb meat
2 onions
3 carrots
1/2 cup raisin
1 cup oil
Salt 1,1/2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds 1.1/2Tbsp
Cardamom 1 Tbsp
Hot water 7 cups

پیاز دو عدد
زردک سه عدد
کشمش نیم پیاله
روغن یک‌ گیلاس
نمک یکونیم قاشق غ
زیره یکونیم قاشق غ
هیل یک قاشق غ
آب گرم هفت گیلاس
المكونات لكابولي بولاو
3 كوب من الأرز سيلا
1 كجم لحم ضأن
2 بصل
3 جزر
نصف كوب زبيب
1 كوب زيت
الملح 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
بذور الكمون 1.1 / 2Tbsp
الهيل 1 ملعقة كبيرة
الماء الساخن 7 أكواب
